Crime Report on Oct. 03, 2016

1. A Rioting case FIR NO 238/16 has been registered at PS West on 02.10.2016 U/S 341,147,148,149,323  IPC on the statement of Sh Vijay Singh S/o Sh Amarjeet Singh R/o village Kutah Tehsil Pangi Distt Chamba alleging therein that on 02.010.2016 some activits of AVBP namely Amit Thakur, Pradeep Naresh Dashta, Viswa Bandhu Assish Sikta, Amit Jamwal, Nek Raj , Navneet Kaushal, Atul Sharma, Shibhvam and Ghorakh Atri obstructed his way at Summer hill Chowk and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh I/o PS West.
2. A Roiting case FIR NO 239/16 has been registered at PS West on 03.10.16 U/S 341,147,149,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sh Arun Kumar S/o Sh Abhay Chand R/o VPO Goshaal Tehsil Kelong Distt.Lahul and Spiti alleging therein that on 03.10.216 at Summer hill Chowk some activits of AVBP namely Amit Thakur, Pradeep Naresh Dashta, Viswa Bandhu Assish Sikta, Amit Jamwal, Nek Raj , Navneet Kaushal, Atul Sharma, Shibhvam obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. They also threatened him with dire consequences.The case is being investigated by HC Kiran I/O PS West.
3. A wrongful restraint case FIR No 167/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 02.10.2016 U/S 341,323, 506,34 IPC on the statement of Sh Durgu Devi W/o Late Sh Bhagat Ram R/o village Dharuman P/o Laphughati Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 02.03.2016 a person namely Rakesh Dogra, and his wife Usha Dogra. Obstructed the way of her son namely nariender and Tejender , beaten him brutally. They also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is beign investigated by HC Ashok I/O PS  Theog
4. A wrongful restraint case FIR No 168/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 02.010.2016  U/S 341,323, 506,34 IPC alleging therein that on 02.10.2016 a Person namely Rakesh Dogra S/o Lagan Dass R/o village Dakana P/o Laphu Ghati  Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 02.10.2016 Nariender and Tejender  obstructed his way and beaten him brutally . They also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Sunil Kumar I/O PS Theog.
5. During last 24 hours 271 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 136 & fine realized Rs. 58,700/-, 63 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 7,200/- 02 persons challaned under mining act, fine up to 9,000/-

1. Accused Shyam Singh Chandel S/o Sh. Heera Singh Chandel R/o Village & PO Majhar, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla arrested in case FIR 165/16 on 30.09.16 U/S 18,20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Theog send to judicial custody by Ld Court.

2. Accused Harpreet Singh S/o Late Sh Satpal Singh R/o Jawhar Cottage near Raghu Nath Temple Engine Ghar Sanjauli ii) Vineet Negi S/o Sh Dhandoop Negi R/o Om Niwas  Dhingu Mandir Road Sanjauli  arrested in case FIR No 198/16 on 30.09.2016 u/s 22,29 ND&PS Act are on police remand up to 04.10.2016

3. Accused Vinod Kumar @ Vicky S/o Sh. Ajab Dass R/o Village & PO Arakot, Tehsil Mohri, Distt. Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand arrested in case FIR No. 101/16 on 30.09.2016 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Rorhu send to judicial custody by Ld Court.

4. Accused Noval Kumar Thakur s/o sh. Gian Chand r/o Vill. Bhandel P.O. Mahog Tehsil & P.S. Karsog Distt.Mandi Age- 24 Years,  ii)Baljinder Singh s/o Sh. Bir Prakash r/o Vill. Shagach P.O. Mahog Tehsil & P.S. Karsog Distt. Mandi Age-22 Years, iii) Rohit Kumar s/o Sh. Sudesh Kumar r/o Vill. Pantehar P.O. Girtholi Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra Age- 26 Years, iv) Gurmeet Bharadwaj s/o Sh. Ramesh Kumar r/o Vill. Bhujru P.O. Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi Age - 23 Years, v) Anil Verma s/o Sh. Dev Raj r/o Vill. & P.O. Kara Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla Age-22 Years and vi) Narender Kumar s/o Sh. Karam Singh r/o Vill Tikkarigarh P.O. Same Tehsil Churah P.S. Tissa Distt. Chamba Age- 26 arrested in case FIR No. 236/16 Dt. 2-10-16 u/s 307, 147, 148, 149,323, 506 IPC at P.S. West, Shimla. Above accused are on Police Remand up to 07.10.2016.
