Crime Repot Feb. 01, 2016

  1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 09/16  has been registered at PS Jhakri on  31.01.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act has been registered on the rukka of SI Kulwant Singh, SHO PS Jhakri, Shimla  alleging therein that on 31.01.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Rattanpur, Gasoh & Sanarsa,  At about 05-00 PM, one person namely Vipin Kumar S/o SH. Kishan R/o Village Ghanetra, PO Kihar, Tehsil Sulani, Distt. Chamba, HP, intercepted by them near Gasoh and recovered 410 gram Charas  from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Kulwant Singh, SHO PS Jhakri.

  2. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 01/16 has been registered at  Women Police Station, BCS Shimla on 31.01.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act has been registered on the rukka of ASI Het Ram, I/O Women Police Station BCS Shimla stated therein that on 31.01.2016, he alongwith staff was on Nakabandi on NH-22 near Uttam Gas Agency. At about 09-30 PM,  one person namely Ramesh Sharma S/o Sh. Laxmi Chand Sharma R/o Village Lakhoti, PO Tikkar, S/Tehsil Junga, Shimla, age 30 years and recovered  2.200 Kg. Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated ASI Het Ram, I/O Women Police Station.

  3. A Trespass case FIR No. 07/16 has been registered at PS Chopal on 31.01.2016 U/S 447, 427, 323, 506,34 IPC on the application of Sh. Laiq Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Mani Ram R/o Village Loyar deot  PO Deot Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla stated therein that on 31.01.2016, Meera Devi alongwith another lady W/o Sh. Kewal Ram R/o Village Loyar Deot illegally entered in his land and  uprooted 15 apple plants & beaten brutally his wife and daughter-in-law. They have also threatened them with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Daleep Singh, I/O PS Chopal.

  4. A obstructed Govt. Servant during discharging duty case FIR No. 15/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 31.01.2016 U/S  U/S  353, 332, 506, 34 IPC on the application of Sh. Pradeep Singh, GS No. 196856P, PNR, 1600 PC/68 RCC Powari 56 APO stated therein that he was on duty Camp at Baragaon. At about 06-00 PM, two persons, who were in drunken condition, came there and abused and beaten  him brutally during discharging of his govt. duty. They have also threatened him for dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Krishan Lal, I/O PS Kumarsain.     

  5. A Cruelty to Animal case FIR No. 06/16 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 01.02.2016 U/S 11(i) Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960 & 34 IPC on the rukka of ASI Suresh Kumar alleging therein that today on 01.02.2016, during Nakabandi at Gharyana, one Truck No. HP-63C-1039 stopped by them for checking and found that two persons namely Driver Puran Singh S/o Sh. Dhyan Singh R/o P.L. Road, Sector-2, Parwanoo and Umar Daraj (Owner of Buffaloes) S/o Sh. Shamshad R/o M.R. M. School Karesuim, Gagoh, Salsa, Distt. Saharanpur, UP have loaded 11 Buffaloes inside the truck in very miserable condition.  The case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar I/ PS Sunni.

  6. A Trespass  case FIR No 07/16 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 01.02.2016,  U/S 341,427 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Krishna Sharma W/o Sh. Prem Raj R/o Kotgarh House Shankli Shimla  alleging therein  that she is constructing  a house at village Jubber. On 31.01.2016, one person namely Kamal Pal damaged the house construction materials and closed the way to her home with iron wire. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Lal, I/O PS Sunni.

  7. An Accident cased FIR No. 31/16 has been registered at PS West on 31.01.2016 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Vipin Kumar S/o Sh. Bhim Singh R/o Village & PO Dhawal, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, Distt. Mandi, HP A/P driver in Truck No. HP-69A-3005 stated therein that on 31.01.2016, he was coming towards Shimla from Barmana in his above Truck loaded with cement. When he reached near Tutikandi Bus Stand, at the same time one Private Bus No. HP-63B-4725, came rashly in wrong direction from Khalini Side and collide with his truck. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram, I/O PS West.    

  8. During last 24 hours 304 vehicles challaned under MV Act & 17 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 199 and fine realized Rs. 48,200/-

  1. Accused Manik Rajpoot S/O. Sh. Desh Raj Rajpoot R/O Village & P.O. Thatri Tehsil Kishatwar Distt. Doda Jammu & Kashmir age 25 yrs arrested in case FIR No. 15/16 Dt. 27.01.2016 U/S 382 IPC at PS West, today sent to judicial custody for 14 days by the trial court.

  2. Accused Om Pal S/o Dila Ram village Nala Margi P/o Sharvi P/o Nirmand Distt Kullu age 31 years arrested in case FIR No 12/16 on 21.01.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS act at PS Rampur is on police remand up to 03.02.2016.

  3. Accused Goverdhan S/o Maya  Ram R/o Village Muhan PO Kothi Teh Aani, Distt Kullu ,Age 31 years (2) Vicky S/o Sh. Bhagwan Dass R/o Village Mathvi PO Digar Tehsil Aani Distt Kullu, arrested in case FIR No. 13/16 Dt. 22.01.2016 U/S 18,29-61-85 ND &PS Act at PS Rampur are on police remand up to 04.02.2016.

  4. Accused i) Nitin Verma S/o Sh. Gurudyal R/o Village & PO Jalog, Tehsil Sunni, Shimla, HP Age 18 years, ii) Nikhil Chandel S/o Sh. Ramesh Chandel R/o Village & PO Shilaru, Tehsil Theog, Shimla, age 19 years & iii) Rakshak Khachi S/o Sh. Prem Singh Khachi, R/o Village Diddy, PO & Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla, age 20 years, arrested in case FIR No. 08/16 Dt. 25.01.2016 U/S 302,392,120B IPC at PS Theog, are further on police remand upto 03.02.2016.

  5. Accused Hari Bhadur S/o Sh Tul Bhadur village Bajugana P/o Salma The Dasera Distt Jagdhar Anchal Bahri Oda No -09,age 21 years arrested today in case FIR No 06/16 U/S 302 IPC at PS Nerwa is on Police remand up to 02.02.2016.

  6. Accused Vipin Kumar S/o SH. Kishan R/o Village Ghanetra, PO Kihar, Tehsil Sulani, Distt. Chamba, HP arrested in case FIR No. 09/16  Dt. 31.01.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Jhakri, is on police remand upto 05.02.2016.

  8. Accused Rajinder S/o Bhagat Ram R/o Village Kayar PO Bujjal Tehsil Rajgarh Distt. Sirmour HP arrested at case FIR No. 08/16 Dt U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS at PS Kotkhai, is being produced before Ld. Court.

  9. Accused Shageer Ali S/o Sh. Mehandi Ali R/o House No. 3, Gurudwara Road, Chhota Masjid, Sanjali Shimla, age 29 years arrested in case FIR No 19/16 Dt.28.01.2016 U/S  22-61-85 ND&PS at PS Dhalli, today sent to judicial remand upto 13.02.2016

  10. Accused Vineet Negi S/o Sh. Dandup Gainchhan Negi A/P Om Niwas, Dhingu Mata Mandir Road, Sanjauli, Shimla arrested in case FIR No 20/16 Dt.28.01.2016 U/S  22-61-85 ND&PS at PS Dhalli, today sent to judicial remand upto 13.02.2016.

  11. Accused Akshay Dogar S/o Sh. O.C. Dogar R/o 2nd Floor, Himani Building, The Ridge Shimla, age 45 years, Hem Chand Chauhan S/o Lt. Sh. Golu Ram R/o Village & PO Nagvain, Tehsil Oat, Distt. Mandi, age 48 years A/P SDO, Sewage,  Sub-Division Dhalli & Vinod Kumar (Ex-En.) S/o Sh. Bhag Singh R/o Village Dodar, PO Rakhoh, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi, age 47 years,  arrested in Case FIR No. 03/16 U/S 269,270,277,336,326 IPC & 43, 44 of Water Prevention & Control of Pollution Act at PS Dhalli.  Accused Akshay Dogar & Hem Chand are on police remand upto 02.02.2016, whereas Vinod Kumar is being produced before trial court today.

  12. Accused Kinchit Chauhan S/o Sh. Kavinder Chauhan R/o Village Veruan, PO Panog, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 21/16 Dt. 29.01.2016 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli today sent to judicial remand upto 13.02.2016
