A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 31/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 11.02.2016 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SHO PS Rampur alleging therein that on 11.02.2016, during Nakabandi at Bazir Bawadi, at about 09-55 PM one vehicle No. HP-01A-2924 (Alto Car) alongwith four persons namely (i) Vinod Kumar S/o Sh Shanu Ram R/o village Rajpura PO Bhadawali Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP age 30 years (2) Akshay S/o SH. Susheel Kumar R/o Village & PO Kheneri Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP age 24 years (3) Hitesh S/o Sh. Hari Singh R/o Village & PO Kheneri Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP age 25 years and (4) Bhupinder Kumar S/o Sh Saran Dass R/o Village & PO Kheneri Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP age 31 year intercepted by them and recovered 85 bottles of Restricted Medicine (Relaxcoff) 100 ml each from their possession. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Rampur.
A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 19/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 11.02.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Ram Singh, I/C PP Fagu, Shimla alleging therein that on 11.02.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Tiyali, Nahaul & Cheog etc. At about 05-00 PM, when they reached at Kanog Nalah, one person namely Mansa Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Hira Mani R/o Village Majhar, PO Tiyali, Tehsil & PS Theog, Shimla, intercepted by them and recovered 20 gram charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Singh, I/C PP Fagu, PS Theog.
A Trespass case FIR No 12/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 11.02.2016 U/S 451,323,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mast Ram @ Mohar Singh S/o Sh. Devender Singh R/o Vilage Rattanpur PO Kartot Tehsil Rampur C/o Rajesh Khanna, Friends Dhaba Rattanpur Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 11.02.2016 at about 1-00 PM, three persons came in the vehicle No. HP-62-2656 (Bolero pick-up), entered in hotel & beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar, I/O PS Jhakri.
A Cheating case FIR No. 51/16 has been registered at PS West on 11.02.2016 U/S 406,420 IPC on the statement of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/o Sh. Bakshi Ram R/o Village Chhont, PO Surani, Tehsil Khundia, Distt. Kangra A/P Meera Bhavan, Shoghi, Shimla alleging therein that he is working in Goyal Chicken Shop at Shoghi Shimla. One person namely Bhupender S/o Sh. Maul Ram R/o Village Devra, PO Jubbal, Distt. Shimla told him that he provids loan. Bhupender transferred Rs. 66,000/- from his account through ATM to provide the loan to him. After that, he didn't return his ATM & cheated him. The case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar, I/O PS West
Causing Death by negligence case FIR No. 18/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 11.02.2016 U/S 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Inder Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Nayan Sukh R/o Village Koffardhar, PO Jahu, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla stated therein that he is serving as Forman in HP Electricity Board at Matiana. On 11.02.2016, after the maintainance the LT line, he alongwith another couligues namely Ganga Ram, Satya Prakash & Deepak coming back to Matiana. On the way he received the call from Sh. Balbir Kumar, SDO and told him that electricity line to Chhaila has been disconnected and ordered them to cut the Jeo Shouch of Mahauri line. On this, when Deepak tried to cut the Jeo Shouch, he got electric current and fell down. This incidents occurred due to negligence of Sh. Balbir kumar (SDO). The case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh, I/C PP Matiana, Thoeg.
An Accident case FIR No. 20/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 11.02.2016 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Rohit S/o Sh. Roshan Lal R/o Village Kudi, PO Dharawag, Tehsil & PS Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that on 11.02.2016, he alongwith Vijay & Dhananjay (driver) was going to Balag in vehicle No. HP-52A-4689 (Bolero). At about 01-30 PM, when there reached near village Kandroon, above vehicle met with an accident and rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Dhananjay. In this accident, one person namely driver Dhananjay died on the spot and they sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev, I/O PS Theog.
A Burglary case FIR No. 52/16 has been registered at PS West on 12.02.2016 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Sh Rohit Bharol R/o Pal Bhawan Ridka Gaon Lower Tuti Kandi alleging therein that on intervening night of 10/11.02.2016 some unknown person stolen away one Leptop, one Dongal, Two ladies suits ,two sweters and one shirt from his house.The case is being investigated by HC Nariender I/O PS West.
During last 24 hours 280 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 25 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine from smoke act collected Rs 2600/-. Total Challan compounded MV Act= 148 and fine realized Rs 57,100/-

Accused Prakash Verma S/o Lt. Sh. Mahender Singh Verma R/o Village Gulo, PO Jais, Tehsil Theog, Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 19/16 Dt. 10.02.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Kumarsain, is on police remand upto 13.02.2016.
Accused i) Anish S/o Sh. Satpal R/o Village Gaura, PO Dhargaura, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, age 23 years and ii) Krishan Khatri S/o Sh. Vishnu Khatri A/P Village & PO Chati, Tehsil Nirmand, Distt. Kullu, age 31 years, arrested in case FIR No. 20/16 Dt. 11.02.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Kumarsain is on police remand up to 15.02.2016.
