Crime Report on 07 Feb. 2016

  1. An Attempt to murder case FIR No. 15/16 has been registered at PS Theog today on 07-02-2016 u/s 307,323 IPC & 25-54-59 Arms Act on the statement of Smt. Veena Devi W/o Balvinder Singh Dogra R/o VPO Brog PO Mahori Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla stated therein that they have boundary land dispute with Sh. Puran Chand. Today Puran Chand started working in disputed land with one labourer. When her father-in-law Shyama Nand Dogra objected the work on disputed land, Puran Chand got hyper and brought the gun from his house and fired upon her father-in-law Shyama Nand Dogra . After that Puran Chand made another fire upon her husband. In this incident her father-in-law Shyama Nand Dogra and husband Balvinder Singh Dogra sustained grievous injuries and both of them brought to IGMC Shimla in serious condition.

  2. An ND&PS case FIR No. 17/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 06.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Virochan Negi, SHO PS Kumarsain, Shimla stated therein that on 06.02.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling & received the information about illegal trading of drugs in the jurisdiction of PS Kumarsain. At about 10-15 PM, when they reached near Kirati Road near Gas Godown Kumarsain, one person namely Chander Prakash S/o Lt. Sh. Pritam Singh R/o Village Naug Kaichi, PO & Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla, HP intercepted by them & recovered 1.500 Kg. Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Virochan Negi, SHO PS Kumarsain.

  3. An ND&PS case FIR No. 02/16 has been registered at Women Police Station BCS Shimla on  07.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SHO Women Police Station BCS Shimla alleging therein that  on the intervening night of 06/07.02.2016, she alongwith staff was on Nakabandi at Vikas Nagar. At about 02-00 AM one Vehicle No HP10A-2099 driven by Jai Pal S/O Sh Dhan Dass R/O Village & PO Khashadhar Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla age 40 years, came from Panthaghati side, stopped by them for checking.  During the search of Vehicle 10 grm Charas recovered from the Dash Board of such Vehicle. The case is being investigating by SI/SHO, Women Police Station BCS Shimla.

  4. An ND&PS case FIR NO. 45/16 has been registered at PS West on 06.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Mast Ram I/C PS West, Shimla alleging therein that on 06.02.2016 at about 05-30 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff at Kainchi More, one person namely Ajay S/o Sh. Sushil Kumar R/o near Laxami Narayan Mandir, Govind Mohalla, Jia Lal Building, Totu, age 25 years, intercepted by them and recovered 3 gram charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram, I/O PS West.

  5. An ND&PS case FIR No. 21/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 06.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Amar Nath, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar Shimla alleging therein that on 06.02.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Khula More. At about 03-45 PM, one person namely Ashu @ Mintu S/o Lt. Sh. Mehak Singh R/o 12 Ghar ki Line, Ruldubhatta, Lakkar Bazar Shimla, intercepted by them and recovered 7.50 gram charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.  

  6. An ND&PS case FIR No 14/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 06.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Rajender Singh, Addl. SHO PS Theog, Shimla alleging therein that on 06.02.2016 at about 03-10 PM, during patrolling with staff, one person namely Hira Singh S/o Sh. Mast Ram R/o Village Sirgal (Devrighat), PO & Tehsil Theog, Shimla, age 61 years intercepted by them near Subzi Mandi Theog and recovered 215 gram charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Rajender Singh, Addl. SHO PS Theog, Shimla.

  7. An ND&PS case FIR No. 15/16  has been registered at PS New Shimla on  06.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Prakash Chand No. 212, I/O PS New Shimla alleging therein that on 06.02.2016, during patrolling with staff, at about 07-30 PM, one person namely Prashant Negi S/o Sh. Rajender Kumar Negi R/o Village & PO Jaggi, Tehsil Morang, Distt. Kinnaur, HP, age 24 years intercepted by them near Hateshwari Temple, BCS Shimla and recovered 4 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Prakash Chand  No. 212, I/O PS New Shimla.

  8. An ND&PS case FIR No. 17/16  has been registered at PS East on 06.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Ashish Pathania, I/C PP Kasumpti, Shimla alleging therein that on 06.02.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Panthaghati, Mehali-Junga road. At about 09-15 PM, when they reached near Kawalag, one person namely Ishwar Dass S/o Lt. Sh. Bajiru Ram R/o Village Kawalag, PO Beolia, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, age 47 year intercepted by them & recovered 14 gram charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Ashish Pathania, I/C PP Kasumpti, Shimla. 

  9. An ND&PS case FIR No. 16/16 has been registered at PS New Shimla today on  07.02.16 U/S 15-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Dinesh I/O PS New Shimla alleging therein that today, during patrolling with staff, one person namely Dalip Thakur S/o Chander Mohan Thakur Vill Dhamroda P.O. Ropri Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi, HP, intercepted by them near Old bear Khana Khalini Shimla and recovered 34 gram Poppy husk from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Dinesh, I/O PS New Shimla.

  10. An ND&PS case FIR No. 11/16 has been registered at PS Rohru today on  07.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SHO PS Rohru alleging therein that today, during patrolling with staff, one person namely Puran Chand S/o Sh. Jeevan Lal R/o Vill Dudta Sandra PO Tikkri Tehsil & Distt. Hoshiyarpur Punjab at present C/o Jai Dev Busheri VPO Kansakoti Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla, HP, intercepted by them near Kansakoti (Rohru) Shimla and recovered 134 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by Insp/SHO PS Rohru.

  11. An ND&PS case FIR No. 25/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 07.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Tavinder Singh I/O PS Dhalli alleging therein that today during patrolling with staff, one person namely Sania Ram S/o Ishru Ram R/o VPO Panog Tehsil Shilai Distt. Sirmour, HP, intercepted by them at Shilru road near Mashobra, Shimla and recovered 99 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI tavinder Singh I/O PS Dhalli.

  12. A Breach of Trust case  FIR No 22/16  has been registered at PS Sadar today on 07-02-16 U/S 406 IPC on the Complaint of Sh Munish Sharma S/O Sh Kali Chnad Sharma R/O Rama Niwas VPO Shoghi Tehsil and Distt Shimla alleging therein that he is the owner of High court car parking.  He deputed one person namely Sandeep Kumar in parking before 4/5 days. Today morning when he reached in the parking he found Sandeep Kumar took away Fortuner car No HP13-0011 without any information and consent. The  Case is being investigated by ASI Lachhmi Singh I/O P.S Sadar Shimla .

     

  13. A Burglary case  FIR No 23/16 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 07-02-16 U/S 454, 380 IPC  on the Complaint of Smt Asha Kumari Joshi w/o Sh K.R Kashyap  R/O Set No 7 Mashobra view IGMC Shimla alleging therein that she along with her family had gone to her native place vill Kandaghat Tehsil Anni Distt Kullu for three days. During this period some unknown person has broken the lock of her house and stolen away one pair gold ear ring, one Mangal Sutra, Ring  gold Ladies, Silver Bangles, Lap Top, currency Note 10,000/- and cloths .  The case is being investigate by ASI Verinder Kumar I/O P.P L/Bazar Shimla.

  14. A Burglary Case  FIR No 24/16 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 07-02-16 U/S 457, 380 IPC  on the Complaint of Sh Swaran Singh s/o Bidhi Chand R/O Guleria House II Floor Dudhli Shimla alleging there in that today when he reached at his house from Chandigarh he  found some unknown person has broken the lock of his house and stolen away One LED, Blanket one, three pairs ear rings gold  and one Cylinder. The case is investigated by HC Amar Dutt I/O PP Lakkar/Bazar Shimla .

  15. An Accident case FIR No. 44/16 has been registered at PS West on 06-02-2016 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Rama Nand R/o Vill Jhakri PO Jubbarhatti Tehsil and Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 06-02-2015 he was going to his home in his Car No. HP 62C-8585 and when he reached at Srishti Mata Temple Taradevi at the same time one Motorcycle No. PB27B-3837 came rashly and negligently towards Shimla and collide with his vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I.O.  PS West.

  16. An Accident case FIR No. 46/16 has been registered at PS West today on 07-02-16 u/s 279,336 IPC on the statement of Sh. Dheeraj Shandil S/o Sh. R. Shandil R/o Set No. 20 Forty Flats Teachers Colony Summerhill Shimla satated therein that one Car No. HP13B-0011 (Fortuner ) met with an accident outside his home due to rash and negligent driving of the driver. In this accident the driver of vehicle sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SI Ashish Samuel I/C PP Summerhill.

  17. During last 24 hours 286 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 161 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 291 and fine realized Rs. 72,200/-

Mandi, age 47 years, is on judicial remaind up to 14.02.2016 and bail application has been cancelled by Ld court (2) Accused Praneet Kumar (J.E) S/o Sh. Mehar Singh R/o Village & P/O Adahal, Tehsil Rohru, Distt. Shimla, age 47 years and Manoj Verma S/o Sh. Gopal Singh Verma R/o Village Shanan, PO Sanjauli Shimla, age 37 years,   arrested in Case FIR No. 03/16 U/S 269,270,277,336,326 IPC & 43, 44 of Water Prevention & Control of Pollution Act at PS Dhalli, On 06-02-2016 Ld. Court has rejected their bail application and extend their Judicial Remand  i.e. Praneet Kumar (J.E)  &  Manoj Verma upto 09.02.2016, Akshay Dogar & Vinod Kumar (Xen) upto 14.02.2016 and Hem Chand upto 15.02.2016.
