Crime Report on 06 February 2016

  1. An ND&PS case FIR No 07/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 06.02.2016 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS on the rukka of HC Gopal Singh I/O PP Sarswati Nagar   during nakabandi at Danghu Dhank between Kuddu and Snail at 7.00am  a person namely Kamal Singh S/o Sh. Chavi Lal R/o VPO Seema Teshil & PS Rohru age 20 years was apprehended with carrying 25 bottels of corex each 100 ML .The case is being investigated by HC Gopal Singh I/O PP Sarswati Nagar.

  2. An ND&PS Act case FIR No 10/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 06.02.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Bhagirat I/O PS Chirgaon alleging therein that today on 06.02.2016 he was along with staff was on patrolling duty at Sunda .A Person Namely Visava Mehta  S/o Sh Naresh Mehta R/o Village Mastod P/o Kaloti Tehsil Chirgaon intercepted by them & recovered 80g Charas from his Possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagirat I/O PS Chirgaon.

  3. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 07/16 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 05.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Narender Singh, SHO PS Nerwa alleging therein that on 05.02.2016 he along with staff was  at Antrawali. On the secret information, he searched the shop of  Arun Kumar S/o Sh. Partap SinghR/o Village & PO Pawahan, Tehsil Nerwa, Shimla A/P Shopkeeper at Antrawali and recovered 6 gram charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Narender Singh, SHO PS Nerwa.

  4. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 08/16 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 05.02.16  U/S  22-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Sant Ram No. 240, I/C Check Post Jhamrari, PS Nerwa  alleging therein that on 05.02.2016, during checking at Jhamrari Barrier, he recovered 8 Blue capsule and 15 tablets of Alporex from the possession of Ayub S/o Lt. Sh.  Majid R/o Village Kayarla Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla. The case has been investigated by HC Sant Ram No 240, I/C Check Post Jhamrari PS Nerwa.

  5. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 08/16 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 06.02.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Prem Lal, I/O PS Sunni alleging therein that today on 06.02.2016, he alongwith staff was patrolling duty. At about 10-10 AM, when they reached near the shop of T.R. Verma, one person namely Mohan Lal S/o Sh. Dhani Ram R/o Village Karyal, PO Shakra, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi, HP, intercepted by them and recovered 02 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Lal, I/O PS Sunni.  

  6. An Excise Act case FIR No. 10/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 05.02.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri alleging therein that  on 05.02.2016 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at Raheri Market Jhakri. At about 04-45 PM on the secret secret information, he searched the room of Maya Lama W/o Sh. Dinesh Lama R/O Naya Basti, Tehsil & Thana Vijay Basti Distt Parsa Aanchal Naryani Odda no-6 Nepal A/P residing near Raheri Market Jhakri Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla and recovered 06 bottles (4500ML) of illegal wine from her possession. The case is being investigate by ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri.

  7. An Excise Act case FIR No. 24/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 05.02.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Nag Dev, I/C PP Mashobra, Shimla alleging therein that on 05.02.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling & to collect the intelligence regarding illegal trading of alcohol & drugs in the jurisdiction of PP Mashobra. At about 06-15 PM, when they reached near Shilaru Nalah, one person namely Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Narain Dass R/o Village Kandi, PO Kyarkoti, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, age 32 years intercepted by them & recovered 80 bottles of country liquor marka Himachal Orange, from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev, I/C PP Mashobra.

  8. An Excise Act case FIR No. 13/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 05.02.2016 U/S 39(i) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Rajender Singh, Addl. SHO PS Theog alleging therein that on 05.02.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Premghat, Jais ghati, Gajaidi & Chhaila in Theog. At about 07.00 PM, when they reached near Jais Ghati, road leading to Theog from Chhaila, one person namely Vinod Kumar S/o Sh. Deep Ram R/o Village & PO Jais, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla, age 37 years, intercepted by them and recovered 12 bottles of Country liquor marka Patiala Raspberry Orange from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Rajender Singh, Addl. SHO PS Theog, Shimla.

  9. An Accident case FIR No. 09/16 has been registered at PS Chopal on 05.02.2016 U/S 279, 337 ipc has been registered on the statement of Sh. Rajinder Singh S/o Sh. Moti Ram R/o Village Sajnada PO Khagna Tehsil Chopal, Shimla alleging therein that on 05.02.2016 at about 01:50 PM, when he was coming towards Chopal,  a Tanker came rashly from Chopal side and met with an accident near Tikkari Nalah and rolled down from the road. The case is being investigated by HC Gain Singh No. 214 I/O PS Chopal.

  10. An ND&PS Act case FIR NO. 42/16 has been registered at PS West today on  06.02.2016 U/S 20 ND&PS on the rukka of ASI Ramesh Kumar I/C PAR Tutikandi alleging therein that today when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at New Bus Stand he intercepted one person namely Arun Kumar S/o Sh. Ajay Kumar R/o Vill Baduth PO Narag Tehsil Pachhad Distt Sirmour and recovered 06 gram charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Ramesh Kumar I/C PAR Tutikandi.

  11. An ND&PS Act case FIR NO. 43/16 has been registered at PS West today on 06.02.2016 U/S 27 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Amar Nath I/C PP Dhami alleging therein that today he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Dafog Forest near Devnagar crossing. During patrolling he found that two person namely Gopal Krishan S/o Deep Ram and Vijay Kumar S/o Sh. Basti Ram R/o Vill Churad PO Ghanahti teshil and Distt. Shimla were smoking charas in cigarette. The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath I/C PP Dhami.

  12. A Fire Incident case FIR No. 25/16 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 06-02-16 U/S 285,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Swroopa Nand S/o Sh Devi Chand R/o Tharu Delth Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla stated therein that on 05-02-16 at about 2.30 pm there was a fire incident  in manjhudhar forest and her daughter-in-law Kamla Devi w/o Dharam Sain & his son Dharam Sain  went in to field to control fire but Kamla Devi came under the flam of forest fire and died on the spot and Dharam Sain and Geeta Devi sustained burn injuries due to fire and hospitalized at kheneri. This fire incident occur due to negligent act of some unknown persons. The case is being investigated by SI Shyam Tomer I/C PP Nankhari.

  13. During last 24 hours 318 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 179 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 300 and fine realized Rs. 64,000/-

Shimla, age 20 years, arrested in case FIR No. 08/16 Dt. 25.01.2016 U/S 302,392,120B IPC at PS Theog, are further on police remand upto 08.02.2016.

  2. Accused Akshay Dogar S/o Sh. O.C. Dogar R/o 2nd Floor, Himani Building, The Ridge Shimla, age 45 years, Hem Chand Chauhan S/o Lt. Sh. Golu Ram R/o Village & P/O Nagvain, Tehsil Oat, Distt. Mandi, age 48 years A/P SDO, Sewage,  Sub-Division Dhalli & Vinod Kumar (Xen.) S/o Sh. Bhag Singh R/o Village Dodar, PO Rakhoh, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi, age 47 years, is on judicial remaind up to 14.02.2016 and bail application has been cancelled by Ld court (2) Accused Praneet Kumar (J.E) S/o Sh. Mehar Singh R/o Village & P/O Adahal, Tehsil Rohru, Distt. Shimla, age 47 years and Manoj Verma S/o Sh. Gopal Singh Verma R/o Village Shanan, PO Sanjauli Shimla, age 37 years,   arrested in Case FIR No. 03/16 U/S 269,270,277,336,326 IPC & 43, 44 of Water Prevention & Control of Pollution Act at PS Dhalli, today Ld. Court has rejected their bail application and extend their Judicial Remand  i.e. Praneet Kumar (J.E)  &  Manoj Verma upto 09.02.2016, Akshay Dogar & Vinod Kumar (Xen) upto 14.02.2016 and Hem Chand upto 15.02.2016.

  3. Accused Sh Abhishek Sharma S/o Sh Tilak Raj Sharma R/O H.No 268, Ward No 11, Subash Nagar Hamirpur  A/P Assistant Engineer I&PH Deptt. Sub Div. (2) Accused Sh Rup Lal  Gautam S/o Sh Jai Krishan Gautam R/o Gautam Niwas Lower Dhalli arrested in case FIR No. 03/15 U/S U/S 269,270,277,326,336,420,120B IPC and 43, 44 water Prevention and Control of Pollution Act 1974 At PS Dhalli,  are on police remand up to 07.02.2016

  5. Accused Sunil Chauhan S/o Sh Rohsan Lal Chauhan R/o Chauhan Niwas Kasumpti Shimla age 32 years arrested today in case FIR No 22/16 U/S 18-61-85 at PS Dhalli. Is on Police Remand upto 08-02-2016

  6. Accused Ganga Ram S/o Sh Kirpa Ram R/o Village Jawag P/o Pulwahal Tehsil Chopal age 44 years arrested in case FIR No 08/16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Chopal, is on Police remand upto 08-02-2016

  7. Accused Arun Chauhan S/O Pratap Singh V.P.O Pabahan PS Nerwa Tehsil Chopal Age 23 year, arrested in case FIR No 07/16 Dt. 05.02.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Nerwa, is on Police remand up to 08-02-2016.  

  8. Accused Ayub S/O Lt. Sh. Majid R/O Village Kayarla PS Nerwa Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla age 24 year, arrested in case FIR No 08/6 Dt. 05.02.2016 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Nerwa, is being produced before Ld. Court today.  

  9. Accused Mohan Lal S/o Sh. Dhani Ram R/o Village Karyal, PO Shakra, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi, HP, arrested in case FIR No. 08/16 Dt. 06.02.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Sunni and will be produced in the court tomorrow.

  10. Accused Kamal Singh S/o Sh. Chavi Lal R/o VPO Seema Teshil & PS Rohru age 20 years arrested case FIR No 07/16  at PS Jubbal U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS and will be produced in the court tomorrow.

  11. Accused Visava Mehta  S/o Sh Naresh Mehta R/o Village Mastod P/o Kaloti Tehsil Chirgaon arrested in case FIR No 10/16 on 06.02.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Chirgaon will produce before Ld Court tomorrow.

  12. Accused Arun Kumar S/o Sh. Ajay Kumar R/o Vill Baduth PO Narag Tehsil Pachhad Distt Sirmour has been arrested in case FIR No. 42/16 dated 06-02-15 U/S 20 ND&PS act at PS west and will be produced in the court tomorrow.

  13. Accused Gopal Krishan S/o Deep Ram and Vijay Kumar S/o Sh. Basti Ram R/o Vill Churad PO Ghanahti teshil and Distt. Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No. 43/16 dated 06-02-15 U/S 27 ND&PS act at PS West and will be produced in the court tomorrow.
