Crime Report on 02 February 2016

1. An Excise Act case FIR No 21/16 has been registred at PS Rampur  on 02.02.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the Rukka  of SHO Rumpur Stated therein that on 02.02.2016 at about 12.30AM when he was on Nakabandi Duty at NH-05 Near Racholi bifurcation a Bolero Camper No HP-63-4194 came from  Rampur side  and driver of the above vehicle did not stop the vehicle on naka and took his vehicle away from spot.Which was caught at Halog and on search 17 boxes of country liquor marka Himachal Orange, 35 bottles English  Herclus Rum  and 35 bottles of Kingfisher Bear recovered from the vehicle driven by Rakesh Kumar S/O Roshan Lal Village Sanhe P/o Dansa Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla.The case is being investigated by SHO PS Rampur.
2. An ND&PS Act case FIR No. 16/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 01.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on  the rukka of ASI Hem Chand, I/C PP Sainj Shimla stated therein that on 01.02.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling Pandoa, Swanagi etc. At aout 06-15 PM, one person namely Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Amar Singh R/o Village Daseranwala, PO Bhararighat, Tehsil Arki, Distt. Solan coming from Luhari side intercepted by them and recovered 100 gram charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Hem Chand, I/C Sainj, Shimla. 
3. Act endangering life or personal safety of others case FIR No 11/16 has been registered at PS Theog on  01.02.2016 U/S 287,336,304 A IPC on the statement of Sh Munna Kumar S/o Sh Ram Krishana R/o Village Medan P/o Amlona Distt Orangabad Bihar alleging therein that on 01.02.2016 Prihavi Kumar Plant Manager Stone Crusher Banadaghati ordered to Mukesh Kumar to clean Stone Crusher in running position .During cleanliness of running crusher machine Mukesh Kumar came in the contact of machine and died on the spot. This incident happened due to wrong order of Prithvi Singh .The case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh I/C PP Matiana
4. During last 24 hours 370 vehicles challaned under MV Act & 116 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 219 and fine realized Rs. 79,850/-

1. Accused Om Pal S/o Dila Ram village Nala Margi P/o Sharvi P/o Nirmand Distt Kullu age 31 years arrested in case FIR No 12/16 on 21.01.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS act at PS Rampur is on police remand up to 03.02.2016.

2. Accused Goverdhan S/o Maya  Ram R/o Village Muhan PO Kothi Teh Aani, Distt Kullu ,Age 31 years (2) Vicky S/o Sh. Bhagwan Dass R/o Village Mathvi PO Digar Tehsil Aani Distt Kullu, arrested in case FIR No. 13/16 Dt. 22.01.2016 U/S 18,29-61-85 ND &PS Act at PS Rampur are on police remand up to 04.02.2016.

3. Accused i) Nitin Verma S/o Sh. Gurudyal R/o Village & PO Jalog, Tehsil Sunni, Shimla, HP Age 18 years, ii) Nikhil Chandel S/o Sh. Ramesh Chandel R/o Village & PO Shilaru, Tehsil Theog, Shimla, age 19 years & iii) Rakshak Khachi S/o Sh. Prem Singh Khachi, R/o Village Diddy, PO & Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla, age 20 years, arrested in case FIR No. 08/16 Dt. 25.01.2016 U/S 302,392,120B IPC at PS Theog, are further on police remand upto 03.02.2016.

4. Accused Hari Bhadur S/o Sh Tul Bhadur village Bajugana P/o Salma The Dasera Distt Jagdhar Anchal Bahri Oda No -09,age 21 years arrested today in case FIR No 06/16 U/S 302 IPC at PS Nerwa sent to judicial remand up to 14 days.

5. Accused Vipin Kumar S/o SH. Kishan R/o Village Ghanetra, PO Kihar, Tehsil Sulani, Distt. Chamba, HP arrested in case FIR No. 09/16  Dt. 31.01.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Jhakri, is on police remand upto 05.02.2016.

6. Accused Ramesh Sharma S/o Sh. Laxmi Chand Sharma R/o Village Lakhoti, PO Tikkar, S/Tehsil Junga, Shimla, age 30 years, arrested in case FIR No. 01/16 Dt. 31.01.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at Women Police Station BCS Shimla, is on police remand upto 03.02.2016.

7. Accused Akshay Dogar S/o Sh. O.C. Dogar R/o 2^nd Floor, Himani Building, The Ridge Shimla, age 45 years, Hem Chand Chauhan S/o Lt. Sh. Golu Ram R/o Village & PO Nagvain, Tehsil Oat, Distt. Mandi, age 48 years A/P SDO, Sewage,  Sub-Division Dhalli & Vinod Kumar (Ex-En.) S/o Sh. Bhag Singh R/o Village Dodar, PO Rakhoh, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi, age 47 years,  arrested in Case FIR No. 03/16 U/S 269,270,277,336,326 IPC & 43, 44 of Water Prevention & Control of Pollution Act at PS Dhalli.  Accused Akshay Dogar , Hem Chand are sent to judicial remand by trial court today.

8. Accused Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Amar Singh R/o Village Daseranwala, P/o Bhararighat, Tehsil Arki, Distt. Solan arrested in case FIR No 16/16 at PS Kumarsain U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act will produce before Ld.court today.
