Crime Report on 05,February 2016

1. An ND&PS Act case FIR No 23/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 05.02.2016 U/S 18-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Deepak I/C PP  Sanjauli alleging therein that today he along with staff was on patrolling at Sanjauli Bazar. At about 2:00 PM on the secret information one person namely Sunil Chauhan S/o Sh Rohsan Lal Chauhan R/o Chauhan Niwas Kasumpti Shimla age 32 years intercepted by them and recovered 50g Opium from his possession.The case is being investigated by SI Deepak I/C PP  Sanjauli.  
2. An ND&PS Act case FIR No.08/16 has been registered at PS Chopal on 05.02.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Gulam Akbar SHO PS Chopal alleging therein that today on 05.02.2015 he along with staff was on nakabandi duty at Nauni Curve(Mod).A person Namely Ganga Ram S/o Sh Kirpa Ram R/o Village Jawag P/o Pulwahal Tehsil Chopal age 44 years intercepted by them and recovered 250g Charas From his possession.The case is being investigated by SI Gulam Akbar SHO PS Chopal.    
3. A Trespass case FIR No. 40/16 has been registered at PS West on  04.02.16 U/S 451,323,504,506,34 IPC on the statement of Smt .Durga Bhardwaj W/o Sh Roshan lal Bhardwaj R/o Old kombley Bank Shimla alleging therein that on 04.02.2016 some persons namely Hemraj S/o Sh Hetram, Lakesh S/o Sh Lakesh S/o Sh Hem Raj and Smt.Seema Devi W/o Sh Hem Raj entered  in her house premises beaten her & threaten with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Kiran Kumar I/O PS West.
4. During last 24 hours 326 vehicles challaned under MV Act ,143 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & 04 challan mining act. Total Challan compounded = 275 and fine realized Rs. 77,700/-

Deceased  Sanju S/O Lt. Sh. Prem Singh R/O VPO & Tehsil Narko Distt. Sanja Nepal. age 29 years found dead near Force Show Room Sanjauli-Dhalli Bye pass due to fall from hill. His postmortem is being conducted in IGMC Shimla.

1. Accused i) Nitin Verma S/o Sh. Gurudyal R/o Village & PO Jalog, Tehsil Sunni, Shimla, HP Age 18 years, ii) Nikhil Chandel S/o Sh. Ramesh Chandel R/o Village & PO Shilaru, Tehsil Theog, Shimla, age 19 years & iii) Rakshak Khachi S/o Sh. Prem Singh Khachi, R/o Village Diddy, PO & Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla, age 20 years, arrested in case FIR No. 08/16 Dt. 25.01.2016 U/S 302,392,120B IPC at PS Theog, are further on police remand upto 06.02.2016.

2. Accused Vipin Kumar S/o SH. Kishan R/o Village Ghanetra, PO Kihar, Tehsil Sulani, Distt. Chamba, HP arrested in case FIR No. 09/16  Dt. 31.01.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Jhakri, send to judicial remand upto 12.02.2016

3. Accused Akshay Dogar S/o Sh. O.C. Dogar R/o 2^nd Floor, Himani Building, The Ridge Shimla, age 45 years, Hem Chand Chauhan S/o Lt. Sh. Golu Ram R/o Village & PO Nagvain, Tehsil Oat, Distt. Mandi, age 48 years A/P SDO, Sewage,  Sub-Division Dhalli & Vinod Kumar (Ex-En.) S/o Sh. Bhag Singh R/o Village Dodar, PO Rakhoh, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi, age 47 years, Accused Praneet Kumar (J.E) S/o Sh. Mehar Singh R/o Village & P/O Adahal, Tehsil Rohru, Distt. Shimla, age 47 years and Manoj Verma S/o Sh. Gopal Singh Verma R/o Village Shanan, PO Sanjauli Shimla, age 37 years,   arrested in Case FIR No. 03/16 U/S 269,270,277,336,326 IPC & 43, 44 of Water Prevention & Control of Pollution Act at PS Dhalli.  Accused Akshay Dogar, Hem Chand are sent to judicial remand by trial court and their hearing date now fixed in trail court on 06.02.2016.

4. Accused Kaul Ram S/O Sh. Ghunghru R/o Vill. Badari PO Jaon Tehsil Nirmand  Distt. Kullu Age-57 Yrs arrested in case FIR No 23/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 03.02.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act today released on bail by trial court.

5. Accused Naresh Sharma S/o lt. Sh. Laiq Ram R/o Village & P/o Bagain, Tehsil Theog, Shimla, arrested case FIR No. 09/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai Dt. 03.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act is on police remand up to 06.01.2016

6. Accused Sunil Chauhan S/o Sh Rohsan Lal Chauhan R/o Chauhan Niwas Kasumpti Shimla age 32 years arrested today in case FIR No 22/16 U/S 18-61-85 at PS Dhalli.He will be produced before Ld.Court tomorrow .

7. Accused Ganga Ram S/o Sh Kirpa Ram R/o Village Jawag P/o Pulwahal Tehsil Chopal age 44 years arrested in case FIR No 08/16 U/S 20-61-85ND&PS Act at PS Chopal .He will be produce before Ld Court Tomorrow.
