Crime Report on 09 February 2016

  1. An ND&PS Act case FIR No 26/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 09.02.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS on the Rukka of ASI Verinder Kumar I/O PP L/Bazar Shimla alleging therein that today at about 11.30 am he was on patrolling duty alongwith staff at Lakkar bazaar and recovered 526 grms charas from the possession of Leela Dutt S/o Lt Sh Devki Nand R/O Village Munger P/o Kyar Koti Tehsil and Distt Shimla age 49 years near Lakkar Bazar Bus Stand Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Virender Kumar I/O PP L/Bazar.

  2. An ND&PS Act case FIR No. 27/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 08.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Dhalli on the rukka of HC Ram Singh No. 171, I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla alleging therein that on 08.02.2016, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Sandeep Kumar S/o Sh. Ashok Kumar R/o Village Kanda Ojad, PO Mashobra, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, age 24 years intercepted by them near HIPPA Bifurcation, Mashobra and recovered 06 gram charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.

  3. An ND&PS Act case FIR No 29/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 09.02.2016 US 20-61-85 ND&PS on the rukka of HC Shashi Bhushan I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that today at about 2:00 PM , during patrolling along with staff one person namely  Monu Kumar S/o Sh Satpal R/o Guru Govind Singh Mohalla Barota road Gali No.10/02 Ludiana Punjab age 25 years intercepted by them in Indira Market at Rampur and recovered 8 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Shashi Bhushan I/O PS Rampur.  

  4. An ND&PS Act case FIR No. 28/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 08.02.16 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Dhalli on the rukka of ASI Dharmesh Dutt, I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla alleging therein that he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty Chharabra. At about 08-00 PM, when they were coming back to Dhalli, one person namely Tarun Chauhan S/o Sh. Prakash Chauhan R/o Vilage Katach, PO Himari, Tehsil & PS Kotkhai, Shimla, age 18 years, intercepted by them and recovered 67 Tabltes of Nitrogepam-10 (Restricted Medicine) recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharmesh Dutt, I/O PS Dhalli.

  5. An ND&PS Act case FIR No. 29/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on  on 08.02.16 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Dhalli on the rukka of SI Desh Raj Guleria, I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla alleging therein that on 08.02.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling near P.K. & Company Godown near Bhatakufar. At about 11-30 PM, one person namely Aman S/o Sh. Dula Ram R/o Village & PO Tharoch, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla A/P Keshta Niwas, below Prabhakar Auto Mobile Bhatakufar Road, Dhalli,age 22 years intercepted by them and recovered 550 Tablets of Nitrazepam-10 (Restricted Medicine) from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Desh Raj Guleria, I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla.

  6. An ND&PS Act case FIR No. 48/16 has been registered at PS west 08.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Ashish Semual, I/C PP Summer Hill Shimla alleging therein that on 08.02.2016, during traffic checking at Dail Villa near Summer Hill one Maruti Car HP-03C-0517 alongwith two persons namely Rahul S/o Sh. Suresh Kumar R/o Govind Mohall Totu, Shimla  & Narender S/o Sh. Shonku Ram R/o Village Neri, PO Okhru, Tehsil Arki, Distt. Solan stopped by them for checking. During search 13 gram charas recovered from their possession. The case is being investigated by SI Ashish Semual, I/C PP Summer Hill, Shimla.

  7. A Theft case  FIR  No 18/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 08-02-2016  U/S 379  IPC on the statement of Sh Prem Chand Bharti S/o Late Sh Kinnu Ram R/o village Challan P/o Kingal Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla alleging therein that A/P Junior Assistant at Kangal Electricity Sub-Division Section Badagaon alleging therein that on 07.02.2016 he got information from Gopal Singh T-Mate Electricity Department that some unknown person stolen away the inner Copper  wires of Electricity transformer situated at Shanan Khad . The case is being investigated by  HC Rakesh I/O PS Kumarsain.

  8. An Attrempt to Theft case FIR No. 26/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 08.02.2016 US 457, 380, 511 IPC on the application Amerjit Singh M.A.L.B Editor kandi Times and advocate 6326A  Rajiv Vihar Chandigardh alleging therein that on intervening night of 07/08.02.2016 a person namely Parajvel Dhenta S/o Shri Dinesh Negi of Rohru broken the door lock of his house and attempted to theft in his house. The  case is being investigated by HC Daljeet I/O PS Dhalli.

  9. A Trespass case  FIR No 08/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 09.02.2016 U/S 451,323,427,504,506 IPC PS Jubbal  on  the complaint  of  Sh  Manmohan  S/o   Sh Jodh Ram  Ro Vill Nanabha  P/o  Praunthi  Tehsil  And PS  Jubbal  Distt  Shimla HP  age 35 yrs  A/P he working  at Petroll Pump B.L.M  filling station  at Paraunthi alleging therein that at 8.00 PM  a person  namely  Lov S/o  Hukam  chand R/o village Dhar  came at Petrol Pump and beaten him brutally and threaten him with dire consequences .the case is being investigated by HC  Jagat Ram I/O PS Jubbal.

  10. During last 24 hours 257 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 43 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 152 and fine realized Rs. 40,900/-

  1. Accused Sania Ram S/o Ishru Ram R/o VPO Panog Tehsil Shilai Distt. Sirmour has been arrested in case FIR No. 25/16 u/s 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli, send to judicial remand up to 11.02.2016 by Ld court.

  2. Accused Puran Chand R/o Village & PO Brog, PO Mahori, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla, HP arrested in case FIR No. 15/16 Dt. 07-02-2016 U/S 307,323 IPC & 25-54-59 Arms Act at PS Theog, is on police remand upto 11.02.2016.

  3. Accused Hira Singh S/o Sh. Mast Ram R/o Village Sirgal (Devrighat), PO & Tehsil Theog, Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 14/16 dated 06-02-2016 u/s 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Theog send to judicial remand by Ld court.

  4. Accused Ganga Ram S/o Sh Kirpa Ram R/o Village Jawag P/o Pulwahal Tehsil Chopal age 44 years arrested in case FIR No 08/16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Chopal, send to judicial remand by Ld court.

  5. Accused Kamal Singh S/o Sh. Chavi Lal R/o VPO Seema Teshil & PS Rohru age 20 years arrested case FIR No 07/16  at PS Jubbal U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS and is on Police remand upto 10-02-2016.

  6. Accused Chander Prakash S/o Lt. Sh. Pritam Singh R/o Village Naug Kaichi, PO & Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 17/16 dated 06-02-2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Kumarsain is on police remand upto 11.02.2016.

  7. Accused Bilal Ahmad Bange S/o Sh. Mohd. Razab Bange R/o Village Shahu-Shachan, PO Kulgam, Tehsil & PS Kulgam, J&K, age 23 years, arrested in case FIR No. 25/16 Dt. 07.02.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Sadar, is on police remand upto 10.02.2016.  

  8. Accused Puran Chand S/o Sh. Jeevan Lal R/o Vill Dudta Sandra PO Tikkri Tehsil & Distt. Hoshiyarpur Punjab at present C/o Jai Dev Busheri VPO Kansakoti Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla, HP, arrested in case FIR No. 11/16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Rohru, is on police remand upto 10.02.2016

  13. Accused Leela Dutt S/o Lt Sh Devki Nand R/O Village Munger P/o Kyar Koti Tehsil and Distt Shimla age 49 years arrested case FIR No 26/16 at PS Sadar on 09.02.2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS . Tomorrow he will be produced before Ld court.

  14. Accused Monu Kumar S/o Sh Satpal R/o Guru Govind Mohalla Barota road Gali No.10/02 Ludiana Punjab age 25 years arrested in case FIR No 29/16 at PS Rampur on 09.02.2016 US 20-61-85 ND&PS Act. Tomorrow he will be produced before Ld court.
