Crime Repot July 21, 2015

1. Used Criminal force against public servant during discharge his duty case FIR No 132/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today i.e. 21.07.2015 U/S 353,332 IPC on the application of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Dinesh Kumar R/o Village Challan, PO Kingal, Tehsil Kumarsain, Distt Shimla alleging therein that he was deputed as conductor in HRTC. On 20.07.2015, he was on duty in HRTC Bus No HP-06A-7533, going to Chandigarh from Kalpa. When above bus reached at New Bus Stand Rampur, some passengers entered into Bus and asked another passenger who were already sit in the bus, to leave seat for them. when bus conductor asked them , they scuffle with him during duty & tore his. The case is being investigated by HC Ram lal, I/O PS Rampur.
2. A Burglary case FIR No 241/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 20.07.2015 U/S 457 380 IPC on the application of Sh. Satish Kumar Goel R/o Longwood Shimla stated therein that during the intervening night of 19/20.07.2015, some unknown person has stolen away his shuttering Iron 99 Plates from village Sawan near Baldeyan. The case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev, I/C PP Mashobra.  
3. An Accident case FIR No. 76/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 20.07.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Smt. Radha Devi W/O Sh. Hardyal Singh R/o Village Kathmi PO Bonda Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla age 38 year stated therein that on 20.07.2015 at about 03-00PM she alongwith her daughter namely Akshta age 6 year were stood on the road near village Kathmi. At the same time a vehicle No. PB-02CC–5155 (i-20) Car came rashly from Sarahan and hit her daughter and ran away from the spot. In this accident her daughter Akshta sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Dola Ram I/O PP Sarahan.
4. During last 24 hours 224 vehicles challaned under MV Act. Total challaned compounded= 94 & fine realized Rs. 41,800/-

1. Ramesh Kumar S/o Late Sh. Jiwanand R/o VIll. Majthai P.O. Badehri Tehsil & Distt. Shimla Age- 45 years, arrested  in case FIR No. 139/15 Dt. 09.06.2015 U/S 454, 380 IPC at PS West, is on police remand upto 23.07.2015.
