Crime Report July 29, 2015

  1. An Accident case FIR no. 187/15 has been registered at PS West on 28.07.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Balwant Singh S/o Sh. Roshan Lal R/o Village Bhalar, PO Sapaidu, Tehsil Palampur, Distt. Kangra A/p Driver in Private Bus No. HP-63-4134, age 45 years stated therein that on 28.07.2015, he was on the route from Old Bus Stand Shimla to Totu in above bus. At about 06-00 PM, when he reached below Cecil Hotel, at the same time one Car No. HP-03C-3230 came rashly in wrong direction & hit with his bus. In this accident 03 persons sustained injuries. The case is being investing by HC Ravinder, I/O PS West.
  2. An Accident case FIR No. 113/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 28.07.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Veer Singh  S/o Sh. Prem Singh R/o Village Loshta, PO Kotgarh, Tehsil Kumarsain, Distt. Shimla, age 31 years stated therein that on 28.07.2015, he alongwith his wife & Ashish were coming to Shimla from Kotgharh in his vehicle No. HP-63A-1532 (Etios Liva). At about 04-30 PM, when they reached at Nanni Dhank near Matiana, at the same time one Pick-Up no. HP-35-1771 driven by Pawan Kumar S/o Sh. Hans Raj R/o Village Palaura, PO Dalash, Tehsil Aani, Distt. Kullu came rashly in wrong direction and hit his Car. In this accident he alongwith his wife sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh, I/C PP Matiana.
  3. A Trespass case FIR No. 55/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 28.07.2015 U/S 447,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Uttam Sood S/o Sh. Rerrkumal R/o VPO Rohru, Shimla alleging therein that Sh. Nihal Chand alongwith his wife Smt. Pushpa Devi R/o Village Jakhi, PO Khashdhar, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla have illegally encroached his land about 03 Biswa and  threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HHC Brij Lal, I/O PS Chirgaon.
  4. During last 24 hours 257 vehicles challaned under MV Act, 13 Persons challan under Smoking Act and 03 Challan under Mining Act. Total challaned compounded= 117 & fine realized Rs. 50,000/-
