Crime Report on July 24, 2015

1. An Excise Act case  FIR No 163/15 has been registered at PS Sadar today i.e. 24.07.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Mohinder Lal I/O PS Sadar Shimla alleging there in that today during patrolling at Ganj Bazar Shimla, he recovered 10 bottles of English liquor from the possession of Akash S/o Vijay Gill R/O Makan No 128 Krishna Nagar Shimla. The case is investigated by ASI Mohinder Lal, I/O Sadar Shimla .
2. An Accident case FIR No. 185/15 has been registered at PS West on  23-07-15 U/S 279,337 IPC P.S.West Shimla on the statement of Sh. Sarjan Bahadur S/o Hari Bahadur R/o Vill Bhandri PO Lahan Thana Dali Distt. Jajar Kot Bheri Aanchal Nepal stated therein that on 23-07-2015 he alongwith other labourer was coming to Shimla in Bus No. UP 31(T) 2891. At about 03-50PM, above bus collide with truck near Shoghi due to rash & negligent driving of Sahid Ali. In this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram I.O. PS West.   
3. An Accident case FIR 66/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 24.07.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of HC Dev Raj I/O PP Narkanda stated therein that today at about 06-00AM one A/F PICK-UP met with an accident & rolled down 350 meter from the road near Firnu Mode on NH-5 near Narkada due to rash & negligent driving of Harmohan Thakur. The vehicle was loaded with an Apple and coming towards Nithar from Akyantbai.  In this accident driver Harmohan Thakur S/o Sh Shyam Lal R/o Vill Modhi Tehsil Nirmond Distt Kullu sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Dev Raj, I/O PP Narkanda.
4. During last 24 hours 214 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 25 Persons challan under smoking act. Total challaned compounded= 99 & fine realized Rs. 30,500/-

Vinod Kumar S/O lt. Sh . Deep Ram R/O vill. Saria PO Baldeha Teh and Distt. Shimla. Age 38 years, Vikas Kumar S/O  sh Meena Ram R/O Vill. Bhakaila PO Bani Teh and PS Kandaghat age 25 years & Tejinder Singh S/O Sh. Babu Ram R/O vill. Dhaali PO Baldeha age 19 years, arrested in case FIR No 241/15 U/S 457,380,411,34 IPC at PS Dhalli today produced before Ld. Court. Court has accepted the bail application of Vinod Kumar & Vikas Kumar and given 01 day police remand to Tejinder Singh.
