Crime Report July 13, 2015

1. A Trespass case FIR No. 105/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 12-07-15 U/S 451,323,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajesh Gulati S/o late Sh. Arjun Dev Gulati R/o ward No. 07, Raighat Theog stated therein that on 12-07-2015 he alongwith his family were sleeping in the room. At about 10-30 Pm four unknown person knocked his door and when he opened the door they abusee and beaten  him alongwith his wife. In this incident they sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ashok I.O PS Theog.
2. During last 24 hours 136 vehicles challaned under MV Act. Total challaned compounded= 77 & fine realized Rs. 33,000/-

1. Anill Kumar S/o Sh. Balu Ram R/o Gudimanpur PO Sharlimanpur tehsil Shilai arrested in case FIR No. 147/15 dated 07-07-2015 u/s 354-A(2), 354-D, 107 IPC at PS Sadar bailed out by the trial court.
2. 1)  Bhupinder S/o Sh. Karnail Singh R/o H.No. 2022 R/o Prem Nagar PO Laldu Dera Bassi Punjab age 44 years,  2) Manoj S/o Sh. Sansar Channd R/o VPO Baltana Jirakpur tehsil Mohali Punjab age 27 years,  3) Aman Kumar S/o Ram Pal VPO Raipur Kalan  near railway station Chandigarh age 23 years and 4) Sunil Bekta S/o Sh. Rajinder Bekta R/o Vill Raighat PO and Tehsil Theog arrested in case FIR No. 148/15 dated 09-07-15 u/s 452,354B,504,506,323, 34 IPC at PS Sadar bailed out by the trial court.
3. Sh. Dilawer Khan S/O Fathey Momd. R/O village, PO & Tehsil Sunni near Coal Dam Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 233/15  U/S 379  IPC & 25 Indian telegraph Act PS Dhalli is on  Police remand up to 14.07.2015.
4. Kishori Lal S/o Sh. Daya Ram R/O Vill. Sihra P.O. Binola Tehsi & Distt. Bilaspur H.P.  arrested in case FIR No. 38/15 Dt. 19-05-15 U/S 457,380 IPC PS East Shimla is  on Police remand upto 14-07-2015.
5. Ramesh Kumar s/o Late Sh. Jiwanand r/o VIll. Majthai P.O. Badehri Tehsil & Distt. Shimla Age- 45 years  arrested  in case FIR No. 104/15 Dt. 4-5-15 U/S   457, 380 IPC at P.S. West is on Police remand upto 14.07.2015.
6. Ram Pal  S/o late Sh.  Tulsi  Ram  R/o  Vill.  Chalana PO.  Nichari  Bathed  PS  Barmana arrested  in case Fir No. 93/15 dated  25.04.2015 u/s  457,382,34 IPC PS West Shimla is on Police remand upto 14-07-2015
