1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 59/15 has been registered on 08.07.2015
U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Lachhi Ram, I/O PS Kumarsain,
Shimla stated therein that on 08.07.2015, he alongwith staff was on
patrolling duty towards Badedidhar near Kotgarh. At about 06-15 PM, on
the secret information, he searched the Tea Shop of Rattan Kumar
Sharma s/o Late Puran Chand R/o Vill. Melan PO Kotgarh Tehsil
Kumarsain Shimla at village Badedidhar & recovered 06 bottles country
liquor marka Lal kila from his possession. The case is being
investigated by ASI Lachhi Ram, I/O PS Kumarsain.
2. A Cheating case FIR No 125/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on
08.07.2015 U/S 420,406 IPC on the application of Sh. Shiv Kumar Dhorta
S/O Late Shri Salig Ram R/o Village & PO Taklech,Tehsil Rampur
Bushahr, District Shimla alleging therein that In March 2014, he
received telephonic calls from a person namely Krishan Kumar Rawat,
Sr. Manager in Reliance Company called him by cell No. 8447483083 and
allured him to establish transmission tower of Reliance Company at
Taklech with handsome rent & employment to one person. After that he
asked him to deposit a sum of Rs.76,000/- in account
No.1836000109183521 having IFSC No. PUNB0183600 as security Bond.
Allured by such offer, he deposited a sum of Rs.40,000/- on 27.03.2014
and Rs.36,000/- on 02.04.2014. After that Sh. Krishan Kumar again
asked him to deposit Rs. 23,600/-. Sh. Krishan Kumar aforesaid had
been constant/touch with him assuring that the deal is likely to be
finalized, demanded again Rs. 25,000/-. He has deposited total Rs
1,24,000/- in his account. Sh Krishan Kumar knowingly misappropriate
and cheating with him. Case is being investigated by ASI Ishwar Singh
I/O PP Taklech.
3. During last 24 hours 292 vehicles were challaned under MV Act.
Total challaned compounded= 109 & fine realized Rs 39,300/- .

Januthar Tehsil Dhing Distt. Bharatpur Rajsthan, arrested today in
case FIR No. 298/11 Dt. 30-12-2011 U/S 393,398,212,120B IPC &
25,30-54-59 Arms Act at PS Dhalli, is on police remand upto
11.07.2015.
