- An Accident case FIR No. 28/15 has been registered at PS Nerwa today i.e. 22.07.2015 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Mohd. Nazim S/o Ilamdeen R/o Village Bari, PO Gayan, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla, age 32 years stated therein that today he alongwith Driver Ali Ahmad & Conductor Mehandi Hassan were going to Kuthara from Dawada in Truck No. HP-62A-2638 (Tata-1109). At about 10-30AM when they reached near Kuthara above truck met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Ali Ahmad & rolled down 30 meter from the road. In this accident they all sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sharifudeen, I/O PS Nerwa.
- A Burglary case FIR No 133/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 21-07-15 U/S 457,380 IPC on the complaint of Sh Tapan Sharma S/O Sh Chet Ram Village Tacklech Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 20/21-07-15 some unknown person has broke upon the door and stolen away golden ornaments, Chak, rings, Silver reckless and cash of Rs 16400/- from his house. The case is being investigated by HC Shahsi Bhushan I.O PS Rampur.
- During last 24 hours 216 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 01 Challaned under Mining Act. Total challaned compounded= 90 & fine realized Rs. 36,200/-
Follow-Up
- Four accused namely Baljeet, Anil, Gopal Sharma & Balwinder Kaur @ Preeti arrested in case FIR No. 184/15 Dt. 19.07.2015 U/S 3,4,5,7 Immoral Traffic Prevention Act at PS West, are further on police remand upto 23.07.2015.
- Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O lt. Sh . Deep Ram R/O vill. Saria PO Baldeha Teh and Distt. Shimla. Age 38 years. Sh. Vikas Kumar S/O sh Meena Ram R/O Vill. Bhakaila PO Bani Teh and PS Kandaghat age 25 years. Sh. Tejinder Singh S/O Sh. Babu Ram R/O vill. Dhaali PO Baldeha age 19 years have been arrested in case FIR No 241/15 U/S 457,380,411,34 IPC at PS Dhalli and are on police remand upto 24.07.2015.
