An Excise Act case FIR No. 34/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai today on 16.07.15. U/S 39 OF HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI/SHO Dharam Sain Negi PS Kotkhai alleging therein that today at about 9.35 am when he along with staff was on patrolling duty towards Kokunala he recoverd 24 bottles of country liquor marka Darling from the illegal possession of Smt. Ssushma Sahi W/o Deepak Sahi R/o Gatli Teh. Kot Distt Rolpa Nepal a/p working in Dhaba at Kokunala Teh. Kotkhai Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Dharam Sain Negi PS Kotkhai.
An Accident case FIR No. 68/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 15-07-2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Barji Ram S/O Late Sh. Sainji Ram R/O Village & PO Jakha, Tehsil Dodra Kawar, Distt. Shimla HP stated therein that on 15-07-2015 he alongwith Richa D/O Sh. Sarja Ram R/O Village Dhara PO Jiskoon Teh. Dodra Kawar, Roba Devi W/O Sh. Surender Singh R/O Gajyani PO Tikkari Teh. & PS Chirgaon, Vijaya Kumari D/O Biha Singh R/O Vill. Kharshali PO Larot Teh. & PS Chirgaon, Manjoor Ahmad S/O Sh. Gulam Husain R/O Vill. Jurah PO & Tehsil Tanda Distt. Hoshiyarpur Punjab were going to Rohru from Jiskoon in B/Camper (No. not known) which was driven by Krishan R/O Dodra Kawar, At about 11:00 AM when they are passing Lalpani Jungle, above vehicle met with accident due to rash & negligent driving of Krishan. In this incident all of them sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SI Babu Ram I/C PP Dodra Kawar.
An Accident case FIR No.74/15 has been registered at PS Jahkri on 15.07.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Tashi Lamo S/O Lt. Sh. Dundub R/O Chango Tehsil Pooh Distt. Kinnaur age 20 years stated therein that on 15.07.2015 at about 2:30 PM when she alongwith her father three another persons were going to home at Chango alongwith in vehicle No. HP-63-5162 (Bolero Camper). When they reached near Gasoh Pul, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Veer Singh & rolled down from National Highway-5. In this accident she alongwith 05 persons sustained injuries. The case has been investigated by SI Tara Singh Negi, SHO PS Jhakri
An Accident case FIR No. 32/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 15.07.2015 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Mohd. Sahid S/O Sh. Saya VPO and distt. Chatra Jharkhand age 32 years stated therein that presently he is working in Sawra Kuddu Project at Snail. On 15-07-2015 at about 4:30 PM when he entered in the tunnel and found that Saurav Srivastva sustained injuries due to negligent driving of JCB driver Navod Kumar. The case is being investigated by SI Laiq Ram I.O PS Jubbal.
A Fire Incident case FIR No. 179/15 has been registered at PS West on 15-07-2015 U/S 285 IPC on the complaint of Dr. Sonam G. Negi, A/P Chief Medical Officer Municipal Corporation Shimla alleging therein that in past few time fire is smoldering in the garbage plant of municipal corporation situated at Bharyal running by Hanzer Biotech energies. During investigation it is found that there is large number of raw material in Bharyal plant in which fire is smoldering . This fire is smoldering since 30-06-2015 and Prima Facie it is an act of negligence. The case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram I.O PS West.
Used criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No. 33/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal today on 16-07-2015 U/S 353,147, 149, 143 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Piyush Kumar Range Officer Jubbal stated therein that today he was vacated the encroachment in Jubbal Tehsil in Mandhol beat. Approximately 15 persons namely 1) Sh. Dhan Shyam manta 2). Hardev Justa 3). Sukhdev Chauhan 4). Sunder Singh Nainta 5) Rajinder Tejta 6) Bhawani Stata 7) Roshan lal 8) Devinder Rikhta 9) Smt. Suman 10) Smt Rampyari 11) Smt. Surendra 12) Smt. Sangeeta 13) Smt. Leela 14). Sh Rakesh and Sh. Bhadhar Singh obstructed him to perform his Govt. duty. The case is being investigated by ASI Raj Kumar, I/O PS Jubbal.
Used Criminal Force to deter Public Servant during discharging his duty case FIR No 34/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal today i.e. 16.07.2015 U/S 353,332,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ashok Kumar Negi S/o Lt. Sh. Roshan Lal Negi R/o Village & PO Urni, Tehsil Nichar District Kinnaur A/P working as a Trainer in ITI Jubbal stated therein that today he was present at ITI Jubbal. At about 10.20 AM one person namely Geeta Ram S/o Sh. Shankar Dass Sharma R/o Village Nehnar Tehsil & PS Jubbal came in ITI and obstructed him to perform his govt. duty. He also slept him and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by Insp. Mathra Dass, SHO PS Jubbal.
During last 24 hours 257 vehicles challaned under MV Act & 01 Person challaned under Smoking Act. Total challaned compounded= 78 & fine realized Rs. 21,700/-

Kishori Lal S/o Sh. Daya Ram R/O Vill. Sihra P.O. Binola Tehsi & Distt. Bilaspur H.P. arrested in case FIR No. 38/15 Dt. 19-05-15 U/S 457,380 IPC PS East Shimla is further on Police remand upto 20.07.2015.

Mohd. Gul Nawab S/o Sh. Mohd. Mustkim R/o Barla Tehsil and Distt. Mujafarnagar UP has been arrested in case FIR No. 43/15 dated 09-06-15 U/S 342,323,324,506 IPC at PS East, bailed by the Trial Court.
