Crime Report on July 23, 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR No.110/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 22-07-2015 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chailla alleging therein that on 22-07-2015 when he alonwith staff was on patrolling duty toward Mahori-Kiar-Sangojubbar he recovered 10 bottles of country liquor marka Sirmour orange from the shop of Rajesh Sharma S/o Sh. Paras Ram Vill Kalahar Tehsil Theog at Sangojubbar. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chailla.
2. A Trespass case FIR No. 59/15 has been registered at PS East on  22-7-2015 U/S 447,427 IPC on the complaint of Sh. M.R Verma S/O Sh.Dhearmal Verma R/O Swastika Niwas Kasumpti Shimla-9 alleging therein that Sh. Amin Chand illegally entered in his land and cut the plants and lay down the pipe without his consent. The case is being investigated by SI Ashish Pathania I/C PP Kasumpti.
3. During last 24 hours 327 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 03 Challan under smoking act and 01 challan under Mining Act. Total challaned compounded= 123 & fine realized Rs. 50,100

Follow-Up  

1. Four accused namely Baljeet, Anil, Gopal Sharma & Balwinder Kaur @ Preeti alongwith another 28 accused arrested in case FIR No. 184/15 Dt. 19.07.2015 U/S 3,4,5,7 Immoral Traffic Prevention Act at PS West, today bailed by the trial court.
2. Ramesh Kumar S/o Late Sh. Jiwanand R/o VIll. Majthai P.O. Badehri Tehsil & Distt. Shimla Age- 45 years, arrested  in case FIR No. 139/15 Dt. 09.06.2015 U/S 454, 380 IPC at PS West, is on police remand upto 25.07.2015.
3. Prem Singh S/o Sh. Hira Singh R/o Vill Jais Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla age 32 years has been arrested in case FIR No. 111/15 Dt. 22.07.15 U/S 377 IPC & 6 POCSO Act at PS Theog, sent to judicial custody by the trial court.
4. Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Kesru Ram R/o Vill Bhawana PO Shadi Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla age 27 has been arrested in case FIR No. 96/15 dated 01-07-2015 u/s 354,506 IPC at PS Theog, sent to judicial custody by the trial court.
