Crime Report July 01, 2015

1. A Gambling act case FIR No.141/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 30.06.2015 U/S 3,4 Gambling Act on the rukka of SI Jai Nand I/O PS Sadar, Shimla alleging therein that on 30-06-2015 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty toward Lower Bazaar and Ram Bazaar Shimla. When he reached at dhaba near Old Bus Stand Shimla, four persons namely Amit Sharma, Ajay Kumar, Rajnish and Prem Singh Thakur were found playing gambling inside the dhaba and recovered Rs. 44,300/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by SI Jai Nand I.O PS Sadar. 

2. A Trespass case FIR No. 111/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 30-06-2015 u/s 451,323, IPC on the statement of Smt Gibhi Devi W/O Biru Ram Village Kumsu PO Nogli Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that on  29-06-15 she was present in her home along with her daughter-in-law and her son.  At about 4.50 PM Sh. Man Singh S/O Kanwar Singh R/O Kumsu came in her corridor and started abusing her when her daughter-in-law object it he beaten her daughter in law and she sustained injury. The case is being investigated by HC Janak Raj I.O PS Rampur.

3. A House Trespass case FIR No. 112/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 01-07-2015 U/S 452,323,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Virender Kumar S/o Sh. Lal Chand R/o House No- 7, NAC Manimajara Chandigarh A/P village Nogli, Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that today at about 2.00 AM when he was sleeping in his room suddenly Bittu alongwith two another persons entered in his room by window and started beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I.O. PS Rampur.

4. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 113/15 has  been registered at PS Rampur today i.e. 01.07.2015 U/S 341,323,34 IPC on the application of Sh. Laxmi Nand S/o Sh. Deep Ram Village Thua, PO Lalin, Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 30.06.2012 at about 8.00 am when he was going to his field on the way Mast Ram & Mohan Lal obstruct his way and beaten him. The case is being investigated by SI Shyam Tomer.

5. A Grievous Injury case FIR No. 95/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 30.06.2015 U/S 325, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Madan Lal S/o Late Sh. Het Ram R/o Village Narewal, PO Chailla, Tehsil Theog, Shimla  alleging therein that on 27-06-2015 at about 04-30 PM, when he was working at Matot, at the same time two persons namely Sant Ram S/o Gujjar R/o Matot and Bittu S/o late Sh. Ishwar Kanwar came there and beaten him brutally. In this incident he sustained internal injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I.C PP Chailla.

6. A Cheating case FIR No. 51/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 30-06-2015 u/s 420 IPC on the complaint of Rashpal Singh S/o Late Sh. Harnam Singh R/o Rajput Bhawan Khalini Shimla alleging therein that on 08-05-2015 one person who introduce himself as Mukesh Sharma, RBI Head Office, Kurla Complex, Bandra Mumbai called him on his mobile and collect the  detail of his ATMs of UCO Bank & State Bank of Patila and withdrawn the Rs. 9990/- from his both Saving Bank accounts.

7. During last 24 hours 209 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, 10 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & 01 Challaned under Mining Act. Total challaned compounded= 108 & fine realized Rs 50,800/- .

   Recovery in Case FIR No. 93/15 U/S 457 382 IPC PS West.

   As per direction of accused Kishori Lal arrested in case FIR No. 93/15 Dt. 25-04-15 U/S 454,382 IPC P.S. West Shimla, District Police has recovered 3.14 gram Gold, 1.070 gram Silver, one Silver Bangle (Kadda) from Ghagas (Bilaspur)
