1. ND&PS Act: Case FIR No. 71/19 has been registered at P.S Rohru on            27.06.2019 U/S 21 ND&PS Act on the Rukka HC Kuldeep Kumar I/O P.S Rohru alleged there in that on 27.06.2019 at about 05-10 PM he along with staff was on traffic checking duty at Subzi Mandi Rohru. During checking of Honda Car they recovered 6.32 gram Chitta/Heroin from the possession of Jai Pal @ Bunti S/O Sh Sain Ram R/O Tikkari Tehsil Chirgaon, District Shimla. Case is being investigating by ASI Shanti Swaroop I/O P.S Rohru.

2. Wild Life Act: Case FIR No. 94/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on  27.06.19 U/S 51 Wild Life Act on the ruka of SI Prem Lal I/O PS Rampur alleged therein that on 27-06-2019 he along with staff on patrolling and Nakabandi duty near Gaura bifurcation. He recovered three Nos of bear Pitt from they possession of 1. Kewal Ram S/o Sh. Tunti Ram R/o Village Shandal P.O Dansa Tehsil Rampur District Shimla,  2. Rajveer S/o Sh. Kaul Ram R/o Village Manish Bahli Tehsil Rampur  3. Kali Bahadur S/o Sh. Bhagat Ram R/o Village Bare P.o Demi District Jajarkot Nepal and 4. Krishan Khatri S/o Sh. Vishnoo Khatri VPO Waling District Sayanja Nepal. Case is being investigating by SI Prem Lal I/O PS Rampur.

3. Accident Case: Case FIR No.118/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 28.06.19 U/S 279 337 IPC PS Dhalli on the statement of Sh. Dhani Ram S/o Sh. Paras Ram R/o Village Dhopti P.O Pakhapani Tehsil Rolpa Nepal at present Kaka building Ladhakhi Mohalla Shimla alleged therein that he was carry the furniture in pickup No. HP03B-0456 from Annadale to Shurala along with his 08 workers, when they reached at Bhathakufar Driver of Pickup Namely Kuldeep lost his control and pickup rolled down. In this incident his all workers sustained injuries. Cases being investigating by HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Dhalli.

4. During last 24 hours 503 vehicles challaned under MV Act 174 compounded, 16 person challaned under Smoking Act.     

Follow-up

1.   Accused Prakash Chand S/o Sh. Kamla Nand R/o Village Fancha Tehsil Rampur District Shimla has been arrested in Case FIR No. 93/19 dated 27-06-2019 U/S 21 ND&PS Act P.S Rampur further sent to judicial custody.

2.   Accused Rajpal @ Banti S/o Sh.Sain Ram R/o VPO Tikkar Tehsil Chirgaon

      District Shimla has been arrested in Case FIR No.71/19 dated 27-06-2019 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Rohru remanded in Police custody up to 01-07-2019.

3.  Accused i) Kewal Ram S/o Sh. Tunti Ram R/o Village Shandal P.O Dansa Tehsil Rampur District Shimla, ii). Rajveer S/o Sh. Kaul Ram R/o Village Manish Bahli Tehsil Rampur, iii) Kali Bahadur S/o Sh. Bhagat Ram R/o Village Bare P.o Demi District Jajarkot Nepal and iv) Krishan Khatri S/o Vishnoo Khatri VPO Waling District Sayanja Nepal have been arrested in Case FIR No. 94/19 on 27.06.19 U/S 51 Wild Life Act PS Rampur remanded in Police custody up to 29-06-2019.
