Crime Report on June 19, 2019

1. A RIOTING: Case FIR No. 60/19 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 18.06.2019 U/S 341 147 149 323 506 IPC on the report of Sh. Vijender Singh S/o Sh. Raj Pal R/o Village & PO Pekha, Tehsil Chirgaon, District Shimla alleging therein that on 18.06.2019, he alongwith his friend namely Jitender was coming back to Chirgaon from Shimla. At about 07-00 PM, when they reached at Chirgaon Bus Stand, two persons namely Sachin Sangtan & Abu Sangtan R/o Village Jakhnoti alongwith their 5/6 friends obstructed his way, beaten him brutally and threatened with dire consequences.
2. During last 24 hours 565 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded= 141 and 29 person's challaned under smoking Act.

1. Accused Rajender Singh S/o Sh. Trilok Chand R/o Village & PO Bharmar, Tehsil Jwali, District Kangra, age 40 years, arrested in case FIR No. 97/18 Dt. 28.05.2019 U/S 407 IPC at PS Theog, is remanded in police custody upto 24.06.2019, by the Ld. Court.
