Crime Report On June 23, 2019.

1.      Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty : Case FIR No.  59/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on dated 22.06.19 U/S  353, 504, 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Harish Ghariak S/o Sh. Rati Ram R/o VPO Chanair, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla presently posted as Forest Guard at Range Kotkhai alleged therein that a person namely Devender Chauhan S/o Sh. Padam Singh R/o Village Khanaog, PO Chalnair, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt Shimla interrupted, abused and threatened him with life when he was performing his duty at Khanog Beat of Kotkhai. The Case is being Investigated by  HC Sunil I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla.

2.      Accident: Case FIR No. 28/19 has been registered at PS Sunni, Shimla on dated 22.06.2019 U/S 279,337, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Virender S/o Sh. Hari Das R/o VPO Bagain, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla, HP stated therein that on dated 22.06.2019 he was going to Gumma for duty from home in the Bus as he reached near Nautikhad at about 5.50 PM, he saw that a car rolled down from the road. In this accident three persons sustained injuries and two persons died on spot. The case is being investigated by SI Jai Dev SHO PS Sunni.  

3.      Accident: Case FIR No. 60/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai, Shimla today on dated 23.06.2019 U/S 279,337, 304A IPC on the Rukka of HC Raj Kumar I/O PS Kotkhai stated therein that an unknown person informed that an accident occurred at Hully. On this he alongwith staff went to the spot and found that a Bolero Camper No. HP95-0227 met with an accident at near Hully. In this accident two persons died on spot and five other persons sustained injuries, this accident occurred due to negligent driving of driver Akhil Verma S/o Sh. Man Singh R/o Vill. Bijlidhar, PO Kyar, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, HP. The case is being investigated by HC Raj Kumar I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla.

4.      Accident: Case FIR No 52/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal today on dated 23/06/19 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Statement of Sh. Prittam Singh S/O Sh. Jalam Singh R/O Vill. Virat Nagar PO Hatkoti Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla age 51 Years stated that today on dated 9.30 AM one person hit by a Pickup No HP62-3186 while she was crossing the road at near Virat Nagar. In this accident she sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by ASI Sohan Lal I/C PP S/Nagar, PS Jubbal.

5.      During last 24 hours 300 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 142 and 29 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

FOLLOW-UP

1.      Accused Kamal Kumar S/o Sh. Megh Ram R/o Village Barthata, Tehsil Jubbal, District Shimla age 27 years, arrested in case FIR No. 51/19 Dt. 22.06.2019 U/S 307, 506 IPC at PS Jubbal, is under police custody till date 25.06.2019.
