Crime Report On June 25, 2019

1.      ND & PS Act : Case FIR No. 91/19 has been registered at PS Rampur, on dated 24.06.2019 U/S 20 29-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Hukam Lal I/O PP City Rampur alleged therein that on 24.06.2019 at about 08.00 PM he along with staff was on patrolling at Lahasa, one person namely Sumit Malia S/o Sh leela Dutt R/O Upper Lahasa  PO Rampur intercepted by them. During  search  5 gram Charas recovered from his possession. The Case is being investigated by  HC Rajesh I/O PS Rampur. 

2.      Accident: Case FIR No 61/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on dated 24-06-2019 U/S 279,337, 304A IPC on the Statement of Sh. Naresh Chauhan S/o Sh. Panu Ram R/o Village Dhangvi, PO Kokunala, Tehsil Kotkhai, District Shimla, HP, alleging therein that a vehicle No. HP09C-3013 rolled down from the road. In this accident two persons sustained injuries and one person namely Palas Ram died on the spot. Case is being investigated by HC Ashok I/O PS Kotkhai.

3.      During last 24 hours 439 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 194 and 24 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

FOLLOW-UP

1.      Accused Kamal Kumar S/o Sh. Megh Ram R/o Village Barthata, Tehsil Jubbal, District Shimla age 27 years, arrested in case FIR No. 51/19 Dt. 22.06.2019 U/S 307, 506 IPC at PS Jubbal and produced before Ld JMIC Jubbal today. The accused has sent to judicial Custody till 08.07.2019.
