1. ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 93/19 has been registered at P.S Rampur on the Rukka HC Rajesh Gupta I/O P.S Rampur alleged there in that today at about 06-15 AM he along with staff was on Nakabandi /patrolling duty near Khopdi Mandir. They intercepted one person namely Prakash Chand S/o Sh. Kamla Nand R/o village Fancha Tehsil Rampur District Shimla. During search 64 gram chitta/heroin recovered from his possession. Case is being investigating by HC Rajesh Kumar P.S Rampur. 

2. Accident Case : Case FIR No. 31/19 has been registered at Police Station  Sunni on 26-06-2019 U/S  279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Hira Lal S/o Sh. Tula Ram R/o Village Malgi P.O Pandoa Tehsil Sunni District Shimla H.P alleged there in that on 26-06-2019 one vehicle No HP03A 1122 met with an accident in which  Driver Dev Raj sustained injury. Case is being investigating by I/C PP Jalog.

3. A Murder Case: Case FIR No. 131/19 Dt. 26.6.19 U/S 302 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla alleged therein that on 24/25.06.2019 Kapil and Dandveer Nepali came to Shimla for labour work. But on 26.06.2019 Dandveer & Kapil did not reached on their work. At about 08.00 PM one Narender Thapa telephonically informed that one dead body of Dandveer found there and blood stains are also in side his room. She doubted  that Kapil Bhadur murdered Dandveer and after that he run away from spot. Case is being investigated by Insp/SHO PS Sadar.

4.During last 24 hours 513 vehicles challaned under MV Act 190  compounded, 21 person challaned under Smoking Act .

Accused Prakash Chand S/o Sh. Kamla Nand R/o Village Fancha Tehsil Rampur District Shimla has been arrested in Case FIR No. 93/19 dated     27-06-2019 U/S 21 ND&PS Act P.S Rampur.
