1.AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR NO 47/2019 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 09.06.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Bharat Singh S/o Sh. Jai Singh R/o Vardian, Distt Nepal A/P 309/011 Sikhline Krishna Nagar, Shimla-1 alleging therein that on 09.06.2019 at 04.30 PM he took lift in Bolero Camper No. HP63A-5622 from Madhuban and after 250 meter ahead the driver of above vehicle namely Gopal S/o Sh. Jai Bahadur R/o Babu Khola, Ward No. 12, Distt Salyan, Ravti Aanchal, Nepal lost his control over the vehicle and rolled down from the road. In this accident he sustained injuries. The case is investigated by HC Mahender NO. 1684 I/O PS New Shimla.
2. ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY:Case FIR No.46/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 09.06.2019 U/S 353, 332, 506, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh Makhan Chand S/O Sh Trilok Chand R/O VPO Banuti, Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra alleged therein that on 09.06.2019 he was on the way to Rampur in route HRTC bus No. HP06A-3688, at about 03.40 PM when he reached near Bus Stand Kumarsain, then two persons came out from Pick-up No. HP 62-3414 obstruct him from his duty and beaten him brutally. They also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Piyush I/O PS Kumarsain.
3. HOUSE TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 122/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 10/06/2019 U/S 452,323,506 & 34 IPC on the statement of Diwan Chand S/o Late Sh Rakha Ram R/o 309/01 Sikh Line Krishna Nagar Shimla alleging therein that on 09.06.2019 his two neighbours namely Love and Saurav entered inside his premises and threatened him and his relatives with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by I/O PS Sadar.
4. During last 24 hours, 254 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded =82, 07 person's challaned under smoking Act.
