Crime Report on 11th June 2019

1. A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No.47/19 has been registered at PS Jhakhri on 10.06.2019 U/S 18 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Chaman Negi I/C PP Jeori alleged therein that on the secret information he along with staff recovered 500 poppy  plants from the field of Raghu Dass S/O Sh Padam Dass R/O Village Kot PO Labana Sadan Tehsil Rampur Shimla.The case is being investigated by HC Jagdish PS Jhakhri.
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No.82/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 11.06.2019 U/S 39(i)(a)of HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Karam Chand PS Rampur alleging therein that on 10.06.2019 during patrolling along with staff near Maruti Goyal Nogli he  recovered 24 bottles of  of country liquor from the possession of Govardhan Singh S/o Sh Rama Nand R/o village Sharna Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP. Case is being investigating  by SI Karam Chand PS Rampur.
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 135/19 has been registered at PS West on 11.06.19 U/S 279, 337 & 338 IPC on the statement of Sh Krishnu Ram S/o Shiv Ram R/o Chandpur P/o Sakroa Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur A/P working as a driver at HRTC Solan Depot in BUS No. HP 64 6508 alleging therein that on 11.06.2019 he was going towards Solan in his Bus when he reached near Taradevi a vehicle No.HP 52A 7754 came rashly from Solan side and collided with his bus. In this accident driver namely Mahesh Sharma of above vehicle sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by SI Vijay Kumar I/O PS West. 
4. A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 55/19 has been registered at PS Chairgaon on 11.06.2019 U/S 452, 323, 427 & 34 IPC on the statement of Sh Sunil Kumar S/o Sh Bansi Lal H.N 1559 Azad Nagar P/O & tehsil Thanesar District Kurukashetra A/P Manager Khaniyara H.E Project 2MW alleging therein that on 10.06.2019 a person namely Mohar Singh along with two other persons entered in the premises of H.E Project and beaten employees of Project. They also broke the shed and machineries of project. The case is being investigated by I/O PS Chirgaon. 
5. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR NO 27/19 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 10.06.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Karam Singh S/O Sh Sunder Singh  R/O Chind P.O. Malat  Teh. Kupvi Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 10.06.2019 a Pick up No. HP- 18B 0611 met with an accident at Chind  near malat kupvi due to rash and negligent driving of Nitin in which two peresons sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by ASI Dhyan Singh I/o PS Kupvi.

6. During last 24 hours 651 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 241, 21 persons challaned under Smoking Act and 04 Challaned under Mining Act.
