Crime Report on 29th June 2019

1. AN ANIMALS CRUELTY ACT: Case FIR No. 132/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 29.06.2019 U/S 11 of Animals Cruelity Act on the statement of Sh. Jitender Verma S/o Sh Roop Ram Verma R/o Santosh Cottage Dudhali Shimla alleging therein that on 28.06.2019 a vehicle No.HP 16 2701 loaded six animals was coming from Dudhali side causing danger their lives. The vehicle was driving by Naryan Singh S/o Sh Dhani Ram R/o Dibar Tehsil Rajgarh District Sirmour. Two other persons were also travelling in the vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Mangat Ram I/o PP Lakkar Bazaar.   
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.63/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 28.06.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Rakesh Chauhan S/o Dalip Chauhan village Sharghal P/o Deori Khaneti Tehsil Kotkhai,District Shimla alleging therein that on 28.06.2019 when he was going to attend the marriage along with reletives at Balog in a car No HP 09C-6793. Suddenly above vehicle met with an accident near Rouni due to negligent driving of Sandeep Rewta .The case is being  been investigated by ASI Hari Chand I/O PS Kotkhai Distt Shimla.
3. During last 24 hours  438 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded =157, 13 persons challaned under Smoking Act, 03 Challan under mining Act.
