Crime Report on 16th June 2019

1.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 85/19 has been Registered at PS Rampur on 15.06.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Paras Ram S/O Sh. Moti Ram Vill. & PO Palach Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu HP alleging therein that on 15.06.2019 at about 3.00 PM near Nirath on NH-05 one car No HP01K-5291 Alto met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of car driver namely Dishu S/O Sh. Natu Ram Vill Rai PO & Tehsil Balichauwki Distt. Mandi  and sustained injury to him. Case is being investigating by SI Prem Lal Negi I/O PS Rampur.

2.    AN EXCISE: Case FIR No. 49/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsian on 15.06.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Mansa Ram I/O PP Narkanda alleging therein that on 15.06.2019 he was on patrolling duty at Sidhpur along with staff and recovered 08 bottles of Country liquor from the possession of Deepak Chetri S/o Sh Gajender Chetri R/o VPO Shivganj District Jampa Anchal Machi Nepal A/P C/o Balbir Singh village Nagadhar Tehsil Nankhari District Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Mansa Ram I/O PP Narkanda.

3. During last 24 hours 465 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded =136, 12 persons challaned under Smoking Act.
