Crime Report On June 24, 2019.

1.      Accident: Case FIR No. 68/19 has been registered at PS East, Shimla on dated 23.06.2019 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajender S/o Sh. Shambhu Lal R/o Village Kufri, PO Kurfri, Tehsil & District Shimla, HP, alleging therein that on dated 23.06.2019 he was going to summerhill in Pick up NO. HP62B-1046 driven by Prashant  Thakur when he reached near Mehli Chowk a Swift Dezire driven by Prem Singh come rashly from other side and hit the above Pickup. The case is being investigated by HC Mahesh Dogra I/O PP Kasumpti, PS East, Shimla. 

2.      Negligent conduct with respect to animal: Case FIR No. 50/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on dated 24.06.2019 U/S 289 IPC on the written application of Sh. Ram Sagar S/O Sh . Devi Chand R/O Village Kachrang P.O. Nathpa Tehsil Nichar Distt Kinnaur  H.P alleging there in that on dated 23-06-2019 at 6-45 PM he was going to his sister’s quarter Jhakri on the way a pet dog bite him. Case is being investigating by HC Vinod Kumar I/O PS Jhakri.

3.      Accident: Case FIR No 107/19 has been registered at PS Theog on dated 23/06/19 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Statement of Sh. Balwant Kumar S/o Sh. Kumal Chand R/o VPo Khatashu, Tehsil Jubbal, Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that on dated 22.06.19 he was going to Chandigarh in Pickup No. HP10A-2398 when he reached near Mount View Hotel, a motorcycle No. HP16-7461 come rashly from wrong side and hit with his above Pickup. In this accident three persons sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O PS Theog.

4.      Accident: Case FIR No 30/19 has been registered at PS Sunni today on dated 24/06/19 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Statement of Hem Raj S/o Sh. Ram Krishan R/o VPO Mangu, Tehsil Arki, Distt Solan, HP alleging therein that he was going to Thangi Kinnaur in his Truck as he reached Near Ogli he saw that a Truck No. HP64A-0507 rolled down from the road about 150 meter. In this accident driver Vikram sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Krishan Lal I/C PP Jalog, PS Sunni.

5.      During last 24 hours 357 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 171 and 10 persons challaned under Smoking Act, 01 challaned under Mining Act.

FOLLOW-UP

1.      Accused Kamal Kumar S/o Sh. Megh Ram R/o Village Barthata, Tehsil Jubbal, District Shimla age 27 years, arrested in case FIR No. 51/19 Dt. 22.06.2019 U/S 307, 506 IPC at PS Jubbal, is further under police custody till 25.06.2019.
