Crime Report on 14th June 2019

1.     A ND& PS ACT: Case FIR No.48/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 13.06.2019 U/S 18.61.85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Piyush Raj I/O PS Kumarsain Shimla alleged therein that on 13.06.2019 he along with staff were on patrolling duty then on the secret information they recovered 1482 poppy plants cultivated in the field of Roshan Lal S/O Sh Sarnu Ram R/O Kachinghatti Tehsil Kumarsain Shimla. Case is being investigating by ASI Noop Ram.

2.    A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 109/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 14.06.2019 U/S 20, 21 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Narender Kumar I/o SIU Shimla alleging therein that on 14.06.2019 during patrolling/nakabandi duty at Dhalli alongwith staff intercepted a vehicle No. HP 63B 1888 driven by Naresh Kumar S/o Late Sh Jeet Ram village Swan P/o Kelvi Tehsil Theog District Shimla and recovered 105.50 gram Charas and 31.72 gram/chitta/heroine from his possession. The case is being investigated by I/o PS Dhalli.

3.     AN ACCIDENT:Case FIR No. 32/19 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 13.06.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statememt of Sh Pyare Lal S/o Sh Duni Chand R/o village Chnerna Adarsh Nagar P/o Khmadi tehsil nankhari District Shimla alleging therein that on 13.06.2019 one vehicle No. HP62 3339 (pickup) met with an accident in which two persons namely Surender Kumar and Yashpal died on the spot. Bhushan Kumar and Saurav also sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Devinder Nath I/O PS Nankhari.

4.     AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 55/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 14.06.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Roshan Lal I/o PS Kotkhai alleging therein that on 14.06.2019 one vehicle No. HP 13A 0777 met with an accident in which one person namely Suresh Sawant sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal I/O PS Kotkhai. 

5.    During last 24 hours 522 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded =122, 22 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

1. Accused Naresh Kumar S/o Late Sh Jeet Ram village Swan P/o Kelvi Tehsil Theog District Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No.109/19 U/S 20, 21 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli is being produced before Ld court.
