Crime Report on 8th June 2019 (Evening)

1. A TRESPASS: case FIR No. 121/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 08.06.2019 U/S  452,323, 504 & 34 IPC on the statement of Sh Satya Prakash S/o Late Sh Ram Vilas R/o Shop No. 7/1 Dinanath Building Cart Road Shimla-1 alleging therein that on 08.06.2019 he was sitting inside the shop of Mr. Bhola Gupta suddenly a person namely Gautam@ Gadar came there along with two persons and beaten him brutally. They also abused him. The case is being investigated by HC Manjeet Singh I/o PS Sadar
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.104/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 08.06.2019  U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh Rameswar S/o Sh Pokhariya R/o village Kashmail P/o Junga alleging therein that on 08.06.2019 a vehicle No. HP 62B 1245 met with an accident in which a person namely Abhishek S/o Sh Rajesh Kumar R/o village Dhaliyana Junga died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Joginder I/C PP Junga.
