Crime Report on 8th June 2019 (Morning)

1. A ND &PS Act: Case FIR No.131/19 has been registered at PS West Shimla today U/S 21 ND&PS Act on the ruka of HC Neel Kamal I/O PS West Shimla alleged therein that today in the morning he along with PS staff were on patrolling at Shoghi barrier, they intercepted one parson namely Surinder Kumar S/OSh Ram Chand R/o VPO Chanog Shimla, coming towards Shimla, during search 0.64 gram Chitta recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Jaspal Singh I/O PS West Shimla.

2.  An Accident: Case FIR No 94/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 07.06.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Kapil Sharma S/O Sh Mast Ram R/O Shigar PO Balghar Tehsil Theog Shimla alleged therein that today morning he was going to Jhaleshwar temple, then he saw a car was rolled down there during night hours and one person namely Mohit S/O Sh Kedar Singh R/O Shirguli PO Chanair Tehsil Theog Shimla found unconsciousness and shifted to CH Theog. The case is being investigated by ASI Chet Ram I/C PP Deha.

3. An Accident: Case FIR No.53/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 07.06.19 U/S 279 337 IPC on the rukka ASI Hari Chand I/O PS Kotkhai Shimla alleged therein that in the evening vehicle no HP03D-0466 met with an accident at sillar nala near Dewari Khaneti Kotkhai Shimla. Two persons namely Chetan Chauhan S/O Rama Nand and Narender Chauhan both R/O Village Dakhal PO Kaiyari Kotkhai sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Hari Chand I/O PS Kotkhai. 

4.  During last 24 hours, 406 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded =150, 11 person's challaned under smoking Act.
