1. An Accident:
Case FIR
NO 45/2019 has been registered at PS Kumarsain Shimla today U/S 279,337 on
the statement of Sh Tara Chand S/O Sh Daulat Ram R/O Village Tansheta PO Jobri, Tehsil Arki,
Distt Solan, alleged therein that today he was going in his Innova car No. HR
68(T)/2019/492 with passengers from Panthaghatti Shimla to Kalpa. At 11.30 PM
when he reached at Murthal near Kumarsain one HRTC Tampo Traveller No.
HP72B-5958 came from Rampur
side driven by driver Amit Kumar S/O Sh Karamvir Singh R/O Sunehat Tehsil Dehra
Gopipue Kangra with rash and negligent driving hit his innova and he sustained
injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Noop Ram I/O PS Kumarsain
Shimla.
2. During last 24 hours,
403 vehicles were challaned under MV Act,
compounded =120, 12 person's challaned under smoking Act.
