Crime Report on August 01, 2017

1.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 135/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 31.07.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Akhil Kumar S/o Sh. Jai Ram R/o Village Dochi, PO Ghoond, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 31.07.2017 at about 03-30 PM, when he alongwith Sonu was going towards Chhaila Temple in his Swift Car No. HP-09C-2862, at the same time one Bolero Pick-up No. HR45B-0535 driven by Sandeep Kumar S/o Sh. Pritam Singh R/o Village Behani Khurd, PO Trawali, Distt. Karnal, Haryana, came rashly in wrong direction and hit his car. In this accident, they sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh, I/O PP Chhaila (Theog).

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 105/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 01.08.2017 U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the rukka of ASI Roshan Lal I/O PS Dhalli alleging therein that on 31.07.2017 at about 10-40 PM, one vehicle No. HR 20F-3794 (Bolero), which was on the way towards Mashobra after attended the marriage at Bhattakufar, met with an accident near Tolag (Bhattakufar) due to rash & negligent driving of Khem Dass and rolled down 500 meter from the road. In this accident, two persons namely Pratap & Guddi died and 11 persons namely Maulak Rai, Khem Dass, Mukesh, Kuldeep, Deepika, Geeta Devi, Sheela, Amru Devi, Jyoti, Ayush & Sachin sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal, I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla.   

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 33/17 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 01.08.2017 U/S 279 337  IPC on the statement of Sh. Roshan Lal S/o Sh. Kalia Ram R/o Village Dakoli PO Jhiknipul, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that today on 01.08.2017 at about 09-05 AM, one car No HP63A-3383 (i-20) met with an accident at Devidhar (Dakoli) & rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Rohit Kumar S/o Sh. Inder Sing R/o Village Lachhog, PO Pouria, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, age 27 years, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by ASI Ashok Kumar, I/O PS Nerwa.  

4.    USED CRIMINAL FORCE TO  DETER PUBLIC SERVANT DISCHARGE HIS DUTY: Case FIR No 32/17 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 01.08.2017 U/S 353, 332, 34 IPC d on the complaint of Sh Mohinder Kumar S/O Sh Krishan Chand R/o Village Seli PO Matreni Tehsil Arki Distt Solan at present Driver in HRTC Depot TaraDevi Shimla -1 HP alleging therein that on 31.07.2017, he was on route duty from Shimla to Bhut Navi in HRTC Bus No HP03B-6146. At about 7.30 PM above bus was not plying due to mud and rain near Kuthar. At the same time three persons who were travelling in same bus asked him to drive the bus and started to quarrel with him during performing his govt. duty and beaten him brutally. The case is investigating  by ASI Kamlender Singh I/O PS Nerwa

5.    During last 24 hours 310 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 87 & fine realized Rs. 34,000/-, 11 persons challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 1,100/- and 01 Challaned under Mining Act.    

FOLLOW-UP

1.    Accused i) Rati Ram S/O Sh. Jiva Nand R/o Village Shildu P.O. Panesh Tehsil & Distt. Shimla H.P. Age  57 Years, ii) Kamala W/O Rati Ram R/o Village Shildu P.O. Panesh Tehsil & Distt. Shimla H.P. Age  52 years, iii) Neeraj S/O Rati Ram R/o Village Shildu P.O. Panesh Tehsil & Distt. Shimla H.P. Age  28 years arrested in case FIR No. 137/17  Dt. 31.07.2017 U/S 498-A, 307  IPC at PS West, are being produced before Ld. Court today.
