A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No.
62/17 has been registered at PS Chirgaon today on 23.08.2017 U/S 341 323 504
506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/o Sh. Shankar Dass R/o Village
Dunana, PO Chilara, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla, age 80 years alleging therein that
his son namely Rajinder alongwith his family is living separately. Today
on 23.08.2017 at about 10-30 AM, when he was plucking the apple in his field,
at the same time his son Rajinder came there and started to abuse him. He also
beaten him brutally and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being
investigated by HC Deepak Kumar, I/O PS Chirgaon.

During
last 24 hours 454 vehicles were challaned under MV Act,
compounded = 125 & fine realized Rs. 52,800/- and 22 persons
challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 2,300/-.

Dass
S/o Sh. Ram Saran R/o Village Shamedi, PO Pandoa, Tehsil Sunni, Distt. Shimla,
age 40 years has been died due to fell down from hillock near his village
Shamedi in the jurisdiction of PS Sunni. After autopsy at CH Sunni, dead body
handed over to his relative for cremation.
FOLLOW-UP
1. Accused i) Chhattar Bahadur Shahi S/o Sh. Bhadar Bahadur Shahi,
age 18 years and ii) Depinder Vishavekaram S/o Sh. Sher Vishavekarma, age 19 years both
are the resident of Ward No. 8, Village & PO Barla PS Vinayak Anchal Shati
District Acham Nepal A/P C/o Chaman Lal Sharma R/o Village Jaigharh Tehsil
Chopal, in case FIR No. 47/17 Dt. 18.08.2017 U/S 457, 380 IPC at PS Chopal, are
remanded in Police Custody upto 24.08.2017, by the Ld. Court.
