Crime Report on August 10, 2017

1.    USED CRIMINAL FORCE TO  DETER PUBLIC SERVANT DISCHARGE HIS DUTY: Case FIR No. 130/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 09.08.2017 U/S 353 332 356 IPC on the application of Clerk posted in HP PWD Office Rampur alleging there in that on 09.08.2017 at about 12.30 PM, when she was on duty at PWD Office Rampur, one person Keshav Ram came there and beaten her brutally. He also snatched her mobile phone and obstructed her while she was discharging her official duty. The case is being investigated by HC Rajesh Kumar No 17 IO PP City Rampur Bsr.

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 131/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 09.08.2017 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh.Yog Raj S/O Kedar Singh R/O Village & PO Narain Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 09.08.2017 at about 10.15 PM, he was going towards Chuhabag in his vehicle No. HP06-3464. On the way near Sahil Hotel Old Bus Stand Rampur, a vehicle No HP06-2872 came rashly with negligent driving from Khaneri side and hit his above vehicle and run away from spot. The case is being investigated by HC Rajesh Kumar, I/O PP City Rampur.

3.    A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN:  Case FIR No. 84/17 has been registered  at PS Kumarsain on 10.08.2017 U/S 341 323 382 506 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mast Ram S/o Sh. Sher Singh R/o Village Khanair PO Kothi Tehsil & PS Anni, Distt. Kullu alleging there in that he was going to Narkanda from Longhati (Anni) in his  Pick-up bearing registration No. HP35-2962 loaded apple boxes. On the way near Barubag, 03 unknown persons have restrained his way & beaten him brutally. They have also snatched his mobile and threatened with dire consequences.  The case is being investigated by HC Rakesh, I/O PS Kumarsain.

4.   During last 24 hours 216 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 121 & fine realized Rs. 40,100/- and 21 persons challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 2,200/-.   

INQUEST REPORT-

1.    On 09.08.2017, Deceased Babumann age 51 years, who was working as servant  with Sh. Satish Kumar R/o Village & PO Seema Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla has been died due to sunk in Pabber river near Lamba Khatal, in the jurisdiction of PS Rohru, while he was trying to saving his mule. His dead body is shifted to CH Rohru for further legal proceeding.
