Crime Report on August 30, 2017

1. A WRONGFUL RESRAIN & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No. 90/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 30.08.2017 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Hitender Verma S/o Sh. Jeet Ram R/o Village Jeemu, PO Halanidhar Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla, age 40 years alleging therein that on 29.08.2017 at about 04-30 PM, He alongwith Tara Chand & Pradeep  Kumar was drinking alcohol at Shyam Regency Seglta. At about 08-15 PM, when they came out in the courtyard of above Beer-Bar, two persons namely Gulab Singh & Mukesh argued with each-other. When he was trying to settel the matter between them, Kishori Lal, Vikrant,  Mukesh  & Shyam came there and beaten him brutally. They have also beaten Tara Chand and threatened them with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Jawahar, I/O PP Narkanda. 
2. A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN: Case FIR No. 89/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 29.08.2017 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mukesh Sharma S/o Sh. Deva Ram Sharma R/o Randal PO Rampur Tehsil Nirmad Distt. Kullu, age 27 years A/P working as Manager in Shyam Regency Seglta Mode alleging therein that on 29.08.2017 at about 04-00 PM, Beli Ram, Gulab & Tara Chand were dringking alcohol in his Beer-Bar. At about 08-15 PM, above persons came out in courtyard of Beer-Bar and started to urinal there. When he tried to stopped them, Gulab  Chand alongwith Beli Ram & Tara Chand beaten him brutally. When Om Prakash, Vikrant & Shyam tried to protect him, they also beaten them brutally and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal, I/C PP Narkanda.
3. During last 24 hours 420 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 120 & fine realized Rs. 51,400/- and 13 persons challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 1300/-

FOLLOW-UP

1. Accused Dinesh Verma @ Vicky S/o Sh. Inder Singh R/o Village Shirgal (Dewarighat) PO Thana, Tehsil Theog, Shimla, age 30 years, arrested in Case FIR No. 152/17 Dt. 28.08.17 U/S 18-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Theog, is remanded in police custody upto 31.08.2017, by the Ld. Court.
