- An Accident case FIR No 09/16 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 29.02.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC 187,192(A) MV Act on the statement of Sh Sunni Ram S/O Sh Tota Ram Vill Kanda P/o Halau Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla stated therin that on 29.2.2016 he along with Balak Ram, Dinesh, Surender, Punam, Paras Ram, Meghu, Relu Ram, Bhim Singh, Kewal Ram, Soha, Kana Singh, Radha, Giyaru, Munish, Kedia and Krishna were going to his home in vehicle No HP-08-3117 Bolero Camper. At about 5.00 PM when they reached at Chinchwa near Banipul above said vehicle met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of Dvr Pratap Singh S/o Mast Ram Village Arnat Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla In, which they all sustained, injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Nerwa.
- During last 24 hours 401 vehicles challaned under MV Act, Total Challan compounded =181 & fine realized Rs. 70,600/- and 85 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 9100/-

Accused Harshmeet @ galli S/o Daljeet Singh R/o Surya Vihar, Subhash Niwas, Kathed, Bye Pass Solan age 20 years arrested in case FIR No. 108/15 U/S 379 IPC at PS East released on bail by Ld court.
Accused Ashok Sharma R/o Village Rampuri, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla and Raju Sharma R/o Village Mahunag (Baunta), Tehsil & Distt Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 66/16 Dt. 25.02.2016 U/S 420,34 IPC at PS West, are on Police remand upto 02-03-2016.
