A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 77/16 has been registered at PS West on 15.03.2016 U/S 17-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Amar Nath, I/C PP Dhami Shimla alleging therein that on 15.03.2016, he alongwith staff was on Nakabandi duty at Gharog. At about 02-00 PM, one Car No. HP-01M-2189 (Indigo) driven by Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Nikku Ram R/o Village Seehan, PO Gaggal, Distt. Mandi, age 25 year came towards Ghannahatti, stopped by them for checking. During search, 06 gram Heroin recovered from his possession. Accused has been arrested by the police and the case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath, I/C PP Dhami, PS West.
During last 24 hours 565 vehicles challaned under MV Act, Total Challan compounded =196 & fine realized Rs. 1,09,400/-, 56 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 7,000/- and 01 challan under Mining Act.

Nand Lal R/o Village Kanerghati, P/o Kuftu, Tehisl and Kandaghat Distt Solan age 21 years and (2) Dheeraj Sharma S/o Sh.Om Prakash Sharma R/o Verma Niwas below UCO Bank Building Mehli Tehsil and Distt Shimla age 20 years arrested in case FIR No. 108/15 U/S 379, 34 IPC PS East, today sent to judicial remand by the Ld. Court.
Accused Rajinder Kumar S/o Sh Sant Ram R/o Village Didi P/o Mahasu Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla HP arrested in case FIR No 76/16 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS West, is on police remand upto 19.03.2016.
Accused Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Nikku Ram R/o Village Seehan, PO Gaggal, Distt. Mandi, age 25 year, arrested in Case FIR No. 77/16 Dt. 15.03.16 U/S 17-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS West, is on police remand upto 19.03.2016.
Proclaimed Offender Suresh Kumar @ Dimple S/o Sh. Sita Ram R/o Village Mehran (Lahot) PO Satnot, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi has been arrested in case FIR No. 122/11 Dt. 61-1-14 Ex. Act PS Dhalli, is being produced before Ld. Court today.
