Crime Report on March,14,2016

1. An Accident case FIR No  51/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 13.03.2016 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh Suresh Kumar Thakur S/o Sh Jagat Ram Thakur Village Thabhotg P/o Phahal Thesil Sunni alleging therein that on 13.03.2016 he was going to Dumi in his vehicle No HP-52A-6782 along with his father and his cousin bother.When they reached nerr Mela Ground Poabo a private bus No HP62A-1486 (Eicher) came rashly from Poabo side and hit his vehicle and Damaged his vehicle. This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of bus driver Anant Ram .The Case is being  investigated by Hc Amar Dutt I/O PP Lakkar Bazar.  
2. An Accident case FIR No 46/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on13.03.2016 U/S 279,304A IPC on the Ruka of ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that on 13.03.2016 at about 20.30 PM Near Shingla bifurcations one vehicle No HP51T-2583 met with an accident in which one person namely Baldev Singh@ boby S/o Lt.Sh.Shankar Dass R/o village Dakolar Teh.Rampur Distt Shimla died on spot.This happened due to rash and negligent driving of driver Baldev Singh. The case is being investigating by ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur.
3. An Accident case FIR No 35/16 has been registered at PS East on 14.03.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Abhishek Bharti S/o Lt. Sh Jeewan Singh R/o VPO Badi Tehsil and Distt Hamirpur alleging therein that on 13.03.2016 he was going to Kasumpti along with Rajkumar ,Vikas @Vicky and Devinder in vehicle No HP-14A-8782 . Vikas was driving the vehicle .When they reached near Kasumpti driver Vikas lost control over the vehicle and vehicle met with an accident. In this accident, all persons sustained injuries.  The case is being investigated by HC Madhu Singh I/O PS East.
4. A Cheating case FIR No. 74/16 has been registered at PS West on 14.03.2016 U/S 420 IPC on the statement of Smt Sushma Gautam W/o Sh Moti Lal Gautam R/o village Gariyana P/o Suni Tehsil Suni Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 11.03.2016 she received a call from mobile No 917322988227 and an unknown person told him that your ATM card is going to be expired. On this information, he shared his ATM card secret information with him. When She checked her bank account she found that Rs 1,47,000 has been withdrawal from account. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS West.
5. During last 24 hours 396 vehicles challaned under MV Act,  Total Challan compounded =217 & fine realized Rs. 62,000/-, 82 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 8900/-

Inquest report

Deceased Naresh @ Madan S/o Sh Atma Ram village Dhaleu P/o Cheog Tehsil Theog age 28 years found dead due to fall from hill at village Dhamandri. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPc will be conducted PS Theog.

Accused Chaman Lal @ Kashu S/o Sh. Nand Lal R/o Village  Kanerghati, P/o Kuftu, Tehisl and Kandaghat Distt Solan age 21 years and (2)Dheeraj Sharma S/o Sh.Om Prakash Sharma R/o Verma Niwas below UCO Bank Building Mehli Tehsil and Distt Shimla age 20 years arrested in case FIR No. 108/15 U/S 379/34 IPC  today on 14.03.2016 and both are on police remand upto 16-03-2016.
