1. An Accident case FIR No. 13/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 12.03.2016 U/S 279 336 IPC on the statement of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Nant Ram R/O Village Julha, PO Devdar, Tehsil & Distt Mandi presently Driver HRTC Bus No. HP10A-7393, Rohru Depot stated therein that on 12.03.2016 a Tralla NO. HR68A-3968 Carrying L&T Machine body Fell down upon the HRTC Bus While giving pass due to the negligent driving of driver Vishal Sharma S/O Sh. Ashok Sharma R/O Vill. Purwala Rayia Tehsil & Distt Gurdaspur, Punjab. No passenger injured. The case is being investigated by HC Gopal No. 85 I/O PP S.S. Nagar, PS Jubbal.
2. An Accident case FIR NO. 51/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on dated 13.03.16 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Suresh Kumar Thakur S/O Sh. Jagat Ram Thakur R/O Vill. Tabhog, PO Pahal, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla, HP stated that today he was coming from Tabhog to Dummi on vehicle NO. HP 52A-6782, when he reached near Poabo a Private Bus NO. HP 62A-1486 hit his vehicle due to negligent driving of driver Roop Ram. The case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, PS Sadar, Shimla.
3. A Kidnapping case FIR NO. 13/16 has been registered at PS Nerwa Today on 13.03.16 U/S 363 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sardar Singh S/O Sh. Radhu Ram R/O Vill. Ramdara, PO Tailor, PS Nerwa, Tehsil Chopal, Distt Shimla reported on dated 11.03.16 in the PS that his son Apekshit Chauhan aged 16 years went somewhere without inform him. He searched his above son every possible places but he could not traced out. He doubted that his son has kidnapped by someone. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Amar Singh PS Nerwa, Shimla.

A Dishonest misappropriation of property Case FIR No 31/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain dated 13-3-16 U/S 403,409 IPC on the complaint of Sh Rajiv Khewta S/o Sh Diwan Chand Khewta R/o Vill Zar PO Pharal Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla that He is an orchardist at Vill & PO Zar in the name and style Evergreen orchards, Zar. in the First week of August 2015 The Rajesh Sharma S/o Krishan dutt R/o Vill Dhinguli PO Kingal Tehsil Kumarsain & Bush Thakur s/O Sh lal chand R/o Vill Katari PO Pharal Tehsil Kumarsain Approached the applicant and request the applicant to supply them the apple packed boxes for sale. The applicant supplied to them 71 boxes of packed apple for sale in Kingal on 9-8-2015.M/S Koteshwar Fruit Traders. But the accused person assured him to sell the same on good rates and issued a sale slip (Gutka) No 81 . dated 9-8-15.and request the applicant to visit the shop after a week for the sale proceed and payment .Several time the applicant visited their shop at kingal for sale proceed and payment . But Above both accused refused & Neither issued sale proceed and nor given to payment to the applicant. The above both misappropriated him . Case is being investigated by Self Please.
5. A rioting case FIR NO. 14/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on dated 13.03.16 U/S 147,148,149 ,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhag Chand S/O Sh. Gulab Singh R/O V.P.O. Hadwani, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla alleging therein that today at Hadwani Satish S/O Sh. Surjan Singh alongwith 4 persons namely Sonu, Kartar Singh , Khurshi Ram & Munshi Ram attack on him with stick and beaten his family. The case is being investigated by HC Shishi Ram I/O PS Chirgaon.

Hadwani, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla alleging therein that today at Hadwani Gulab Singh S/O Sh. Lal Singh alongwith , Banti s/o Gulab singh , Chander lal s/o sh Bhagat , Deep chand s/o sh Bhagat , Manoj s/o sh Murat singh , Murat s/o sh Kamla nand , Chander Devi w/o sh Sher Singh , Gulab Devi w/o sh Chander, Rinki w/o sh Banti ,Aagarmani w/o sh Bhagat Singh , Jagdish s/o sh Amar Singh and Bhag Singh s/o sh Gulab Singh residents of vill. Haldwani, Tehsil Chirgoan beaten him. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Singh I/O PS Chirgaon.
7. A Burglary case FIR NO. 50/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on dated 13.03.16 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Narender Singh s/O Sh. Kanwar Singh R/O Jelatwari, PO Khabal, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla A/P Devi Cottage, Ruldu Bhatta, Shimla-1, alleging therein that his neighbourer told him that some documents are lying outside his house. On this he found that 2.50 lakh cash, coins of Rs. 1500/-, one gold Manglasutra, four gold bangles, one pair golden jhumke, one gold ring, two silver bangles of Rs. 3 lakh, has been stolen by some unknown person. The case is being investigated by HC Brijesh I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, PS Sadar, Shimla.
8. During last 24 hours 158 vehicles challaned under MV Act, Total Challan compounded =64 & fine realized Rs. 27,200/-, 22 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2200/-.
