Crime Report on March 10,2016

1. A Theft case FIR No 42/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 09.03.2016 U/S 379 IPC on the Application of Inder Pal Mehta S/O Sh. Daulat Ram R/O Piran Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 26.02.2016 he parked his vehicle No HP52A-3524 (Alto LX)  near Subzi  Mandi. Next day when he went on that parking place, he found that his vehicle was not there. He searched that vehicle every possible places but not found this above mention vehicle He doubt that some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle. The case is being investigated by
2. An Accident case FIR No 44/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 10.03.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Smt. Krishna Devi  W/o Sh. Roshan Lal Vill. Naal PO Kharga Tehsil Nirmand Distt. Kullu alleging therein that on 09.03.2016 at about  2.00 PM she was  waiting for auto with her husband near Lila Vatti Hospital Khaneri at NH-05 at the same time One Car No HP22A-8335 came rashly from Rampur side driven by Kamal Kant Sharma and hit her. Due to this accident, she sustained injuries. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Kamal Kant Sharma. The case is being investigated by ASI Khaidi Ram I/C TTR Rampur.
3. During last 24 hours 362 vehicles challaned under MV Act,  Total Challan compounded =172 & fine realized Rs. 55,600/- and 83 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 9800/- and 01 challan under Mining Act.

Inquest Report

Deceased Shyam Lal S/o Sh.Prem Lal Village Dalli P/o Kandrour Tehsil Sadar Distt Bilaspur and age 38 of years was working as a driver in C&C Company today fell down from the Steep hill near Charubag Kotkhai and died on the spot. The proceeding Under Section 174 CrPC is being conducted at PS Kotkhai.
