Crime Report on March 11, 2016

1. An Excise Act case FIR No.34/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 10.03.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Sunil Kumar I/O PS Theog alleging therein that on 10.03.2016 on the secret information, he alongwith staff searched the shop of Rajesh Kumar S/o Sh Lt Sh Paras Ram R/o village Kalhar P/o Kyar Tehsil Theog at Sago Jubber and recovered 07 bottles of country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by the rukka of ASI Sunil Kumar I/O PS Theog.

2. An Excise Act case FIR No.22/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai 10.03.2016 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Dharam Sain Negi, SHO PS Kotkhai alleging there in that on 10.03.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Kotkhai Khaneti etc. At about 05-50 PM, on the  secret information one person nanely  Hukam Chand S/o Sh.Kirnu Ram R/o Village Baura Po Kalag Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla intercepted by them and  recovered 44 bottles of country liquor marka Himachal No.1 from his possession.The case is being investigated by SI Dharam Sain Negi, SHO PS Kotkhai.

3. An Accident case FIR No 45/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 10.03.2016 U/S 279,337,338 IPC on the statement of  Sh Virender S/o Sh.Prem Chand Vill. Dhar PO Nithar Tehsil Nirmand Distt. Kulllu alleging therein that on 10.03.2016 at about  05:55 PM when he was  going to home and reached near Nirath on NH-05, at the same time one car No HP-62B-0198, driven by Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Abhi Ram Mehta R/o Sanjeev Bhawan New Winter Field Dhalli Distt. Shimla, came rashly from Rampur side and hit him, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand I/O PS Rampur.

4. An Accident case FIR No 22/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 11.03.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Sher Singh I/O of PS Jhakri, Shimla alleging therein that today at about 01-00 PM, one Car No. HP-06A-6742 coming from Rampur side, met with an accident near Brauni Khad due to rash & negligent driving of Dheeraj Kumar and rolled down 300 Meter from NH-05. In this accident, three persons namely driver Dhreej Kumar, Kumari Sonu & Sonali sustained Injuries. The case is being is being investigated By ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri.

5. During last 24 hours 770 vehicles challaned under MV Act,  Total Challan compounded =496 & fine realized Rs. 1,40,200/-, 101 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 10,930/- and 01 challan under Mining Act & fine realized Rs. 19,000/-.

1. Accused Balwant Nishad S/o Sh. Ramdarash Nishad R/o Village & PO Kushmail, Tehsil Basgaon, Distt. Gorashpur, UP, Age 21 years, arrested in case FIR No. 315/15 Dt. 23.10.2015 U/S 363 336A 376 IPC & 4 POCSO Act at PS Sadar, today sent to judicial remand upto 23.03.2016 by the Ld Court.
