Crime Report on March 06,2016

1. An ND&PS case FIR No 33/16 U/S has been registered at PS Theog  on 06.03.2016 U/S  20-61-85 ND&PS Acton the rukka of SI Rajinder Singh I/O PS Theog alleging therein that today on 06.03.2016 during  Patrolling duty in his jurisdiction along with staff he recovered 620 grams Charas from the possession Prem Sukh Sharma S/o Kewal Ram Sharma R/o village Garli P/o Bharana Tehsil Theog. The case is being investigated by SI Rajender Singh I/O  PS Theog.

2. An Excise Act case FIR No No 42/16 has been registered at PS Rampur 05-03-16  U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the Rukka  of ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur that on 05.03.16  at about 7.00 PM when he was on Patrolling Duty Near Dansa Kanchi  he got secret  information regarding illegal supply of liquor. During search the shop of Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Murat Singh Vill. Sunda P/o khaneri Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP he recovered 07 Bottles of Country liquor Marka Himachal No1. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur.

3. An Excise case FIR No. 42/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 06-03.16 U/S 39(1)(a) HP Excise Act on the Rukka of SI Rajneesh Thakur I/C PP Lakkar Bazar Shimla alleging therein that during the patrolling Duty he  Along with Staff he recovered 36 Bottle Country Liquor From the possession of Nand Lal Sharma S/O Sh. Paras Ram Sharma R/O Vill. Bukhari P/o AG Shimla Tehsil & Distt. Shimla Age 54 years near Moti Bhag Lakkar Bazar Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI Rajneesh Thakur I/C PP Lakkar Bazar

4. A Rioting case FIR No.29/16 has been registered at PS East on 05.03.16 U/S 147, 148,149,342,323 IPC on the statement of Sh Saurav Sharma S/o Sh Chaman Lal Sharma R/o Kanleta P/o Kayari Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 05.03.2016 he went in a Canteen near Kamala Nehru Hospital for taking tea along with his cousin brother namely Dikshit. When they were coming out from canteen some persons beaten his cousin brother brutally. The case is being investigated by ASI Naresh I/O PS East.

5. A Trespass case FIR No. 30/16 has been registered at PS East on 06.03.2016 U/S 451,323/34 IPC  on the statement of Smt Vimla W/o late Sh.Shree chsnd Baga Niwas New Flower Dale Chotta Shimla alleging therein that on 05.03.2016 two Unknown persons came in her shop and demanding for change she refused and told him that she has no change on this matter those  persons abused her and beaten her son brutally.The case is being investigating by SI Ajay Kaliya Addl.SHO PS  East.

6. During last 24 hours 258 vehicles challaned under MV Act,  Total Challan compounded =132 & fine realized Rs. 42,300/- and 66 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 9700/-

   Inquest Report

   Today on 06.03.2016 deceased Ran Bhadur Nepali Village Dev Kheri Lamhe Tehsil, PS & Distt Bhola Bag Anchal Rapti Nepal age 55 Years found dead at village Kyari. During inquiry his wife and daughter told that Ran Bhadur was mentally disturbed and went somewhere without any information yesterday on 05.03.2016. Dead body has kept in CH Jubbal for postmortem Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC is being conducted at PS Jubbal.

Shimla (3) Pankaj Kumar S/O Sh. Mehar Chand R/O VPO Chanabag Tehsil Sunni Distt. Shimla(4) Lekh Raj S/O Sh. Duli Chand R/O Village Jammu P.O. Chanabag Tehsil Sunni Distt. Shimla H.P.have been arrested in case FIR No. 68/16 on 02.03.2016  U/S 20,29 ND & PS Act, 25-54-59 Arms Act  by ASI Ajit Singh  I/O  P.S. West are on police remand upto 08.03.2016

3. Accused Ajay Kumar S/o Sh Lakshami Nans R/o VPO Dhami Tehsil and Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 04/16 U/S 376 IPC at PS Women Police Station (B.C.S) is on police remand upto 07.03.2016.

4. Kuldeep Singh S/o Sh Diwan Chand Verma village Durgapur the & Distt Shimla age 29 year has been arrested in case FIR No 468/15 dt. 17-11-15 u/s 379 IPC at PS Dhalli is on Police remand upto 07.03.2016.

5. Accused Prem Sukh Sharma S/o Kewal Ram Sharma R/o village Garli P/o Bharana Tehsil Theog today arrested in case FIR No 33/16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Theog is being produced before Ld Court today.
