Crime Report on March 19,2016

1. An Excise Act FIR NO 25/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 18.03.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI/SHO Dhram Sain  PS Kotkhai alleging there in that today at about 5.30 pm when he was on patrolling towards Hulli Himari and Kadhail along with staff on secret  information he recovered 48 bottles of country liquor marka Himachal No1 from the possession of  Rajesh Kumar S/O Laiq Ram Village Kadhail P/o Himari Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla . The case is being investigated by SI Dhram Sain SHO PS Kotkhai.
2. An Attempt to Murder case FIR No 23/16 has been registered at PS Rorhu on 18.03.2016 U/S 452,326,307 IPC on the statement of Smt. Pavitra Devi W/o Kuldeep R/o VPO Khabal Thesil Chirgaon Distt Shimla  age 30yrs alleging therein that  on 18.03.2016 at about 7:30 PM when She was along with  her two daughter in her room. Then suddenly a women   namely Vijay Lakshmi W/o Dev Chand R/O Khashadhar entered in her room and attacked on her with sword in which she got injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Ranjeet Singh I/C PP City Rohru.
3. An Accident case FIR No 79/16 has been registered at PS West on 19.03.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Ishwer Dutt S/o Sh Heera Nand village Kathipathi P/o Shogi Tehsil & Distt Shimla alleging therein that he is working as a Security guard at ISBT Shimla today on 19.03.2016 a HRTC Bus No HP-64-6405 was going to Haridwar. When this bus was going out from ISBT he saw a person below the bus. He stopped the bus and carried out the person. In This Accident above person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Basudev I/O PS West.
4. A Cheating case FIR No. 62/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 18.03.2016 U/S 420,120B IPC has the Application of Sh Madan Chauhan S/O Sh. B.R. Chauhan Narinder House Near HarKam Building Jakghoo-1 Shimla at present Shop No 59 DTC Subzi Mandi Dhalli Shimla-12.alleging therein that in previous year 2015 a person namely Ranjeet Mehta S/o Sh Johar Singh Mehta R/o village Beyonthal P/o Devnagar Tehsil Rampur came in his shop along with two persons namely Asif Kureshi and Aahish and told him that they are apple merchants and want to purchase apples from him .On this request he sold apple boxes to him but after receiving apple he did not pay the cost of apples. The case is being investigated by SI Sewa Singh I/O PS Dhalli.
5. A cheating case FIR No. 63/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on  18.03.16 U/S 420, 120B IPC Application of Ashok Kumar S/o Sh. Jia Lal R/o Village Spella P/o Baragaon Tehsil Kumarsain Distt. Shimla alleging therein that a person namely Amit Jain called him on his mobile No. through a mobile No. 08287978822 and told him that if he wand to purchase a new car than deposit cash in an account No. 3332197807.On this allurement he deposited Rs 13,06134/- in said account but after depositing cash he did not delivered a car to him. When he called again Amit Jain's telephone no.He did not received his phone. The case is being investigated by ASI Joginder Singh I/O PS Dhalli.
6. During last 24 hours 472 vehicles challaned under MV Act,  Total Challan compounded =177 & fine realized Rs. 64,600/-, 104 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 11,300/-

1. Accused Rajinder Kumar S/o Sh Sant Ram R/o Village Didi P/o Mahasu Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla HP arrested in case FIR No 76/16 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS West send to judicial custody by the Ld Court.

2. Accused Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Nikku Ram R/o Village Seehan, PO Gaggal,  Distt. Mandi, age 25 year, arrested in Case FIR No. 77/16 Dt. 15.03.16 U/S 17-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS West send to judicial custody by the Ld Court.

3. Accused (i) Smt Rajkumari W/o Sh Pratap Singh R/O Village Devton P/o Nogli Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP age 36 years (2) Smt Leela Devi W/o lt Sh. Mast Ram R/o Village Devton P/o Nogli Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP age 60 years (3) Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/o Prakash Chand Village Bauni P/o Bagipul Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu HP age 35 years arrested in case FIR .No 55/16 Dt. 17.03.16 U/S 498A, 306 IPC at PS Rampur send to judicial custody by the Ld Court.

4. Accused Prakash Chand S/o Sh. Chet Ram R/o Village & PO Jokhar, Tehsil Kupvi, Distt. Shimla arrested in case FIR No 14/16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Chopal is on Police remand upto 21.03.2016

5. Accused namely Vijay Luxmi W/o Sh. Dev Chand R/O Pekha PO Khashadhar Teh Chirgaon Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 23/16 Dt. 18.03.2016 U/S 452,326,307, IPC at PS Rorhu is being produced before Ld court today.
