An Excise Act case FIR No. 72/15 has been registered at PS West on 30.03.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise act on the rukka of ASI Amar Nath, I/C PP Dhami, Shimla stated therein that on 30.03.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling on NH-25 at Bolu Ka More (Kanda Crossing). During patrolling, one person namely Suresh Sharma S/o Late Sh. Amar Singh Sharma R/o Village Saur, PO Kuftu, Tehsil Kandaghat, Distt. Solan intercepted by them. During search, he recovered 36 bottles of English liquor marka Royal Stag from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASIA mar Nath, I/C PP Dhami.
An Excise Act case FIR No. 30/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri today i.e. 31.03.2014 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Bhoop Singh, I/C PP Jeori, Shimla stated therein that today he alongwith staff on patrolling duty in Jeori Bazar. When they reached near Taxi Stand at Jeori, one person namely Durga Singh S/o Sh. Thisu Ram R/o Village Kotla, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla intercepted by them. During search, he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor marka Himachal Orange from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhoop Singh, I/C PP Jeori.
An Excise Act case FIR No. 29/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on today 31-03-2015 u/s 3(9) HP Excise act on the rukka of ASI Lachhi Ram I.O PS Kumarsain stated therein that on 31-03-2015 during patrolling near Oddi Kumarsain one person namely Jeet Bhadur R/o Vill & PO Marka Madhana Aanchal Salyan Nepal at persent C/o Santosh Raj R/o Vill Rahu Tehsil Kumarsain Shimla intercepted by him and recovered 10 bottles of country liquor marka Darling from his possession. The case is being investigated by Asi Lachhi Ram I.O PS Kumarsain.
An Excise Act case FIR No. 30/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on today 31-03-2015 u/s 3(9) HP Excise act on the rukka of ASI Lachhi Ram I.O PS Kumarsain stated therein that on 31-03-2015 at 02-30PM during patrolling at Shilly Kandli road one person namely Niyama Sherpa S/o Sh. Nuramu Posan Sherpa R/o Baghana PO Kinahar Distt. 16 Khambo Aanchal Salyan Nepal at present C/o Chiranji Lal Dharma R/o Kanhar Kumarsain intercepted by him and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor marka Una No. 1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by Asi Lachhi Ram I.O PS Kumarsain.
A Theft case FIR No. 13/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 30.3.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh A/P Forman Elect. Section HPSEBL BAGHI stated therein that on 05.03.2015, some unknown person has stolen away one 250 KVA Transformer installed at Hadyalla Khad under Gram Panchyat Baghi. The case is being investigated by ASI Pradeep Kumar I/C PP Baghi.
An Accident case FIR No. 132/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 31.03.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Thakur Singh S/o SH. Shadi Lal R/o Village Khanyari, PO & Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi, age 28 years stated therein that on 30.03.2015, he alongwith Dimple, Sunita, Baldev and one another person was going to Karsog from Nalagarh in vehicle No. HP-33T-9456 (Alto K-10). At about 08-30 PM, when they reached near Dhagogi, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Dimple and rolled down in the forest from Road. In this accident all five persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Keshav Pargi, I/O PP Mashobra, Shimla.
An Accident case FIR No 28/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 30.03.2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the rukka of HC Govind Singh, I/o PP Sainj stated therein that on 30.03.2015, A Maruti Car bearing No HP-06A-4881 met with an accident at Bhutti kanchi & rolled down 300 meter from road. In this accident one person namely Kishori Lal s/o Sh. Kishan Dass R/o Village Latedhi , PO Nankhari , Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla has dead on the spot and another three persons namely Laiq Ram S/o Sh Ram Lal, Priya D/O Sh Laiq Ram, Sapana D/O Sh Daulat Ram have sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Goving Singh I/O PP Sainj .
A Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 128/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 30.3.2015 U/S 3 HP Open Places Prevention of disfigurement Act on the rukka of HC Lekh Ram, I/O PP Sanjauli stated therein that on 30.03.2015 at about 11.30 AM when he was on patrolling near Sanjauli Bazar and found that Organizer of IICE compnay has pasted poster/ Banner on the wall. The case is being investigated by HC Lekh Ram, I/O PP Sanjauli.
A Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 129/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 30.03.2015 U/S 3 HP Open places Prevention of Disfigurement Act on the rukka of ASI Nagdev, I/O PP Mashobra stated therein that on 30.03.2015, when he was on patrolling near BDO Office Mashobra and found that owner of VMIT Educational Trust, Navdeep Building, Near Auckland Hotel, Lakkar Bazar Shimla Admission Open posted poster on BDO Office Board. The case is being investigated by ASI Nagdev I/O PP Mashobra.
A Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 130/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 30.03.2015 U/S 3 HP Open places Prevention of Disfigurement Act on the rukka of ASI Nagdev I/O PP Mashobra stated therein that on 30.03.2015, when he was on patrolling near BDO Office Mashobra and found that a poster of VINTAGE Himlayas No-1 Academy for Coaching HAS/IAS/SSC&Other (Bank PO/Clerk,CDS/CAT/MAT/UGC/Chhota Shimla was pasted on the BDO Office water tank. The case is being investigated by ASI Nagdev, I/O PP Mashobra.
A Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 131/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 30.03.2015 U/S 3 HP Open Places (Prevention of disfigurement )Act on the rukka of ASI Nagdev I/O PP Mashobra stated therein that on 30.03.2015, when he was on patrolling in Mashobra area and found that one poster was pasted at "Iron Relling Agro sell center Office Mashobra by NARAYAN Institute Of Correspondence eairses, Chotta Shimla. The case is being investigated by by ASI Nagdev I/O PP Mashobra.
During the last 24 hours total 208 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act & 02 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challaned compounded = 81 and fine realized Rs 26,200/-

Nepal Ganj Nepal age 20 yrs , Gopal Pun S/o Rup Lal R/O Vill.Visouri Tehsil & PS Visouri Distt. Dang age 28 yrs has been arrested in CASE FIR NO. 09/15 dated. 12.02.2015 U/S 457,380 IPC at PS Jubbal.
