Crime Report on March 22, 2015

1.     Punishment for voluntarily causing grievous hurt case FIR No. 40/15 is registered at PS Theog  on dated 21.03.2015 U/S 323, 325 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Narayan Singh Verma S/O Late Sh. Chandan Singh Verma R/O Village Dhamadar, PO Bhroli, Tehsil Rajgarh, Distt Sirmour alleging therein that he went to his relationship's home at village Aloti, PO Nahol, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, where one person namely Vinod S/O Sh. Bali Ram R/O Vill. Aloti, PO Nahol, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, beaten him & he sustained injuries. The Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand No. 136 I/O P.S Theog, Shimla.

2.     Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 21/15 is registered at PS New Shimla on dated 22.03.2015 U/S 3 H.P. open place Prevention  of disfigurement Act, 1985 on the Ruka of HC Anil Kumar No. 163, I/O PS New Shimla, alleging therein that when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at BCS, he found that the Posters marked as "NIPSTEL( अग्रेजी बोलना सीखे) Shimla  Kanabala building ,Khalini (Near  State  Bank  ATM ) 92185-91036 ,92185-91037" were pasted on the wall of govt. Rain Shelter. The case is  being investigated by HC Anil Kumar No. 163, I/O PS New Shimla.

3.     Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 22/15 is registered at PS New Shimla on dated 22.03.2015  U/S 3 H.P. open place Prevention  of disfigurement Act, 1985 on the Ruka of HC Rajesh Dharmani No. 78, I/O PS New Shimla, alleging therein that when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at BCS, he found that the Posters marked as "BE WELL PRERARED With INDIA ,S NO 1TEST PREP INSTITUTE  ADMISSION OPEN CLAT (LAW) H.M C.P.T. SET .B.B.A M.A.S.S COM.MEENA BAZAR.SANJAULI.SHIMLATel.98160-6035,2841535,CAREER,LAUNCHER" were pasted on the wall of govt. Rain Shelter. The case is  being investigated by HC Rajesh Dharmani No. 78 I/O PS New Shimla.

4.     Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 23/15 is registered at PS New Shimla on dated 22.03.2015  U/S 3 H.P. open place Prevention  of disfigurement Act, 1985 on the Ruka of HC Pradeep No. 145, I/O PS New Shimla, alleging therein that when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at BCS Chowk, he found that the Posters marked as "DROPPER,S BATCH NARAYANA ,INSTITUTE OF CORRESPONDENCE COURSE CHHOTA SHIMLA" were pasted on the wall of govt. Rain Shelter. The case is  being investigated by HC Pradeep No. 145, I/O PS New Shimla.

5.     Wrongful restraint case FIR No. 67/15 is registered at PS West  on dated 22.03.2015 U/S 341, 323,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Anil Sharma S/O sh. Balu Ram R/O Vill. Gudimanpur, PO Salemanpur, Tehsil Paonta Sahib, Distt Sirmour, HP, alleging therein that he and his friend Chhotu were sit in the AHATA Nr Hotel Inderprast. When they were at the outside of above AHATA , one person namely Siya Ram alongwith his three friends obstructed his way and beaten him. In this incident he sustained injuries. The case is  being investigated by HC Man Singh No. 239, I/O PS West, Shimla.

6.      During last 24 hours Total 107 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act. Total Challan compounded= 43 and Fine realized Rs. 19,500/-.

Accused namely Dal Bhadur S/O Inder Lal  R/O Dhardhare P.O. & Teh. surkhet AnChal Bheri Nepal, Gopal Pun S/O Rup Lal S/O VPO  & TehsIl  Visori Distt Dhang age 28yrs,Santosh Basniyat S/O Pram Badhur  R/O VPO & Tehsil Guleriya PS rKolpur Distt Kolpur  Nepal age 22yrs , Parkash S/O Dhan Badhur R/O Vill & PS Surkhet Distt Surkhet Nepal age 19yrs, Nikhil S/O Ram Badhur  R/O Kolpur Tehsil &PS Kolpur  Distt Nepal Gang Neapl age 20yrs have been arrested in case FIR No 9/15 U/S 380,457,411 IPC  on dtd  21-3-15 by SI /Addl SHO  Vikas Sharma  I/O PS Rohru.
