Crime Report March 06, 2015

1. Use criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No 39/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 05.03.2015 U/S 353,332,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Chaman Lal S/o Sh. Kamal Chand R/o Village & PO Lailan, S/T Nankhari Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that he is working as Pharmacist  in Veterinary Hospital at Bahali. On 05.03.2015 at about 10.30 PM, one person namely Visheshar Lal came to his office and abused  him during his duty. He also beaten him & threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Ishwar Singh I/C PP Taklech.
2. A Trespass case FIR No. 22/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 05.03.15 U/S 447,34 IPC on the application of Smt. Anju Bala W/o Sh. Ashwani Kumar R/O Village & PO Jeori Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla (HP) alleging therein that on 05.02.2015 she has purchases the land Kashra NO 387 & 378 at Tayawal Pargana Sarahan from Mahinder Lal kapoor S/O Sh. Bali Ram R/O Firojpur Fajilaka ward no 17 near Balmiki Temple Fajilaka Distt. Fajilaka Punjab. 5-6 days earlier two persons namely Roop Singh & his brother namely Bhagwan Dass S/o Sh. Bhagat ram R/o Kotla Po Jeori, Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla (HP) have illegally entered in her land and obstructing her & her family member, while they are working in her land without any significant reason. The case has been investigated by ASI Bhoop Singh I/C PP Jeori.
3. Use criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No. 16/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 05.03.2015 U/S 353,341,332,504,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Yashpal Sharma S/o Sh. Bhagat Ram Sharma R/o Village Dhar Bharmna, PO Bhumti, Tehsil Arki, Distt. Solan A/P Driver HRTC Bus No. HP-63-5988, Shimla- 2 alleging therein that on 05.03.2015 at about 07-10 PM, when he reached near Telephone Exchange New Shimla in above bus, at the same time one vehicle No. HP-74-4804 (Swift) came from BCS side. He drive slow, so that above vehicle can take pass. But the driver of above vehicle Pawan Kumar alongwith Praveen Kumar R/o Hamipur Presently residing at Mansa Kunj New Shimla,  stopped his vehicle in front of his bus and abused him.   They have also pulled him from the Bus and beaten him during discharging govt. duty. The case is being investigated by Inspt.Munish, SHO PS New Shimla.
4. A Burglary case FIR No 79/15 is registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. 06.03.2015  U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Manik Gupta S/o Sh. Praveen Gupta R/o Gupta Niwas, Hotel Asia The Down, Kachighati Shimla A/P Shopkeeper Gupta Telecom, Sanjauli Shimla stated therein that in the intervening night of 05/06.03.2015 some unknown person has broken the door lock of his Shop Gupta Telecom at Sanjauli and stolen away 19 mobile phones & cash Rs. 21,000/-. The case is being investigated by SI Ashish Samuel, I/C PP Sanjauli.  
5. A Theft case FIR No. 16/15 is registered at PS Rohru today i.e. 06.03.2015 U/S 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Manohar Lal S/o Sh. Sujata Ram R/o Village Kotalvadla, PO Thural, Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra stated therein that today when was return to his room after playing the Holi, he saw that a boy came out from his room side and ran away. He searched the room and found that one mobile phone & cash Rs. 4000/- missing from his room. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain, I/O PS Rohru.
6. During the last 24 hours total 97 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total Challaned compounded = 41 an  fine realized Rs 11,900/-

1. Accused Pawan Kumar & Praveen Kumar (Both) S/O Sh. Amarnath R/O Village Haiyor, PO Awahdevi, Tehsil & PS Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur HP A/P Manshakunj Sec-3 New Shimla, have been arrested in case FIR No. 16/15 Dt. 05.03.2015 U/S 353 341 332 504 34 IPC at PS New Shimla.
