Crime Report March 09, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No. 84/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 08.03.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of HC Kanwar Singh, I/O PP Mashobra stated therein that on 09.03.2015, at about 03.00 AM a PICK-UP No HP-51B-2077 met with an accident near ROCK HEAVEN HOTEL Mashobra, due to rash & negligent driving of Devender & rolled down 100/120 meter from the road. In this accident two persons namely Driver Devender S/o Sh. Manohar Singh and Sh. Rati Ram S/O Lt. Sh. Mast Ram (both) R/o Village Dhanen, PO Mashobra, Shimla have sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Kanwar Singh, I/O PP Mashobra.
2. An Accident case FIR No. 85/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 09.03.2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the rukka of HC Keshav, I/O PP Mashobra, Shimla stated therein that today one vehicle No. HP-52-8650 (Wegon-R) met with an accident near Gulthani Jaul due to rash & negligent driving of Reva Dass. In this accident, three persons namely Reva Dass S/o SH. Mast Ram &  Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Amar Dass (both) R/o Village & PO Khatnol, Tehsil Sunni, Shimla and Dhyan Singh S/o Sh. Chet Ram R/o Village Anti, Tehsil & PS Jubbal, Shimla have died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Keshav, I/O PP Mashobra.  
3. A Theft case FIR No. 17/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 08.03.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Prakesh Chand Negi S/o Sh. Suram Dass R/o Village Thamtari,  PO Kansakoti, Tehsil Rohru, Distt. Shimla stated therein that in the intervening night of  02/03.03.2015, some unknown person has stolen away his Motorcycle No. HP-10A-0636 (Bajaj Discover), parked outside his shop at Rohru. The case is being investigated by HC Prakesh Chand, I/O PS Rohru.
4. During the last 24 hours total 66 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total Challaned compounded = 14 an  fine realized Rs 5,300/-  

Inquest Report U/S 174 Cr.PC :-

1. On 08.03.2015, an unidentified male deadbody, age about 45 yrs , Hight 5'7" Inch, whitish complexion, wearing track upper blue, green blue T- shirt & Pent, was found near UHC Boileauganj. On 09.03.2015, postmortem of dead body was conducted at IGMC Shimla and kept in mortuary IGMC for identification.

1. Accused Raman Kumar S/o Sh. Shiv Ram R/o Villlage Lathavi, PO Gohar, Tehsil Ghumarwin, Distt. Bilaspur, age 25 years and Ajeet @ Pawan S/o Sh. Dinesh Singh R/o Village Chhota Mehar, PO Jhatkandi, Tehsil Satpuli, Tehsil & Distt. Pauri, Uttrakhand, age 21 years have been arrested in case FIR No. 14/15 Dt. 04.03.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Sunni, today sent to judicial remand by Trial Court.
