Crime report on 29 March 2015

  1. A Disfigurement Act case FIR No 121/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 28.03.2015 U/S 3 HP open places (Prevention of Disfigurement Act), 1985 on the rukka of HC Roshan lal NO 66 I/O PP Sanjauli PS Dhalli alleged that today at about 4.00 PM when he was on patrolling duty near bus stand Sanjauli he saw poster of tally & SDPI found pasted on the wall of the Rain Shelter of HPPWD Sanjauli. The case regd. against the owner or SDPI shown on the  poster Mr Sanjeev Rana S/O Sh. Onkar Singh Rana. The case is being investigated by HC Roshan Lal No 66 I/O PP Sanjauli, PS Dhalli.

  2. A Theft case FIR No  71/15 has been registered at PS West on 28.03.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Virender S/O Sh. Pratap Singh R/O Kanwar Lodge, Vijay Nagar, Totu, Shimla alleging therein that the vehicle Esteem Maruti Suzuki bearing No. HP 51-4793 of his client Sh. Hem Raj S/O Sh. Ved Raj R/O Village Chanjad, PO Pueed, Tehsil & District Kullu, HP has been stolen by some unknown persons from Vijay Nagar Totu, Shimla. The case is being investigating By SI Harish Kumar I/C PP Jutogh, PS West.

  3. An acident Case FIR No 19/15 dated 29/03/2015 u/s 279, 304(A) IPC PS Suni  has been registered on the rukka of HC Surinder No 20 I/O PP Jalog alleged that on dated 28-03-15 a truck No HP11A-1722 met with an accident near ogli (.) the truck was loaded cement going to kota ( kullu) .The truck was  driven by Devi Ram s/o Sh. Paras Ram Vill Palania P.O Bathalag Teh Arki Distt Solan and he   has died on the spot. case is being invested by HC Surinder No 20 I/O PP Jalog

  4. During the last 24 hours total 142 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act Total Challaned compounded = 45 and fine realized Rs 15900/-

  1. Accused:-(1) One Mr. Ashis S/o Sh. Hans Raj Gularia R/o Village Gular (Gdhutar) P.O Gadutar PS Haripur Tehsil Dehra Distt. Kangra  (2) Mr.Mukesh Rana S/o Sh. Tara Chand R/o Vilage Bat P.o Kharota Tehsil & PS Jawali Distt. Kangra At present Shagun Cottage Vijay Nagar Totu Shimla have been arrested in case FIR NO 71/15 U/S 379,34 IPC PS West Shimla. on 28-03-2015 at 8.30 PM
