Crime Report 26 March, 2015

1. An ND&PS Act case FIR No. 21/15 has been registered at PS East on 25.03.15 U/S 20,29-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Suresh Kumar No. 161 I/O PS East Shimla stated therein that on 25.03.2015, he alogwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Nav Bahar Shimla. At about 06-30 PM, one car No. HP-23C-0787 (Ford) alongwith three persons namely  Rampal S/O Sh Niku Ram Sharma R/O Rohin P.O Harlok ,Ghumarwin Distt Bilaspur A/P Bimal Sadan Nr Co-Operative Bank Chhota Shimla 2) Awtar Singh S/O Sh Lal Singh R/O Baroli PO Matyawar Ghumarwin Distt Bilaspur A/P Bimal Sadan Nr Co-Operative Bank Chhota Shimla and 3) Virender Kumar S/O Sanam Paljang R/O VPO Murang Distt Kinnour A/P Bimal Sadan Nr Co-Operative Bank Chhota Shimla, Intercepted by them. During Search,he recovered 60 gram charas from their possession. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar No. 161, I/O PS East.
2. An Excise Act Case FIR No. 42/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 25.03.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Sanjeev Kumar, I/O PS Theog Shimla stated therein that on 25.03.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Balag. On the secret information, he searched the shop of Smt. Vimla Devi W/o Sh. Swaran Singh R/O  Village & PO Mundu, Tehsil Theog, Shimla and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor marka Sirmaur Orange from her possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev Kmuar, I/O PS Theog.
3. A  Burglary case FIR No 22/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 25.03.2015 U/S 457,380 on the application  of Sh. Meela Ram Gatla  S/O Sh. Tali Ram  R/O Village  Friunkoti ( Bag), PO Pujarli No 4,  Teh & PS Rohru, Distt. Shimla alleging therein during the intervening night of 24/25.03.2015, some unknown person has broken the door lock of her cattle house and stolen away sheep. The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal I/O PP Tikker .

A Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 112/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 25.03.2015 U/S 3 HP Open Place Pevention of Disfigurement Act on the rukka of LHC Sarita  stated therein that on 25-03-15 at about 04-20 PM when she alongwith staff was on patrolling duty toward Bhattakufar she found that a Banner namely City Public School Bhattakufar was pasted on the wall of PWD Work Shop. The principal of above School can not produced any permission to paste this Banner. The case is being investigated by LHC Sarita PS Dhalli.

A Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 113/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 25.03.2015 U/S 3 HP Open Place Pevention of Disfigurement Act on the rukka of SI Tavender Singh I/O PS Dhalli Stated thgerein that on 25-03-15 at about 04-20 PM when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty toward Bhattakufar he found that a poster namely Sigma Institute was pasted on the wall of PWD Work Shop. The Owner of above Institute Atul Tandon can not produced any permission to paste this poster . The case is being investigated by SI Taviender Singh PS Dhalli.
6. A Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 113/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 25.03.2015 U/S 3 HP Open Place Pevention of Disfigurement Act on the rukka of ASI Dharmesh I/O PS Dhalli Stated thgerein that on 25-03-15 at about 04-20 PM when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty toward Bhattakufar he found that a poster namely North Point School Jwalamata Mandir Road Bhathakufer  was pasted on the wall of PWD Work Shop.  The  owner of the school Sh. Nav Bhardwaj can not produced any permission to paste this poster. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharmaesh I.O PS Dhalli.
7. A Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 118/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on today i.e. 26.03.2015 U/S 3 HP Open Place Pevention of Disfigurement Act on the rukka of SI Desh Raj Guleria I.O. PS Dhalli Stated thgerein that on today at about 02-05 PM when he was on patrolling duty toward Dhalli Tunnel he found that a poster of Sai Digitel Professnal Institute was pasted  on the Garage of HPPWD. The owner of the Institute Mr. Sanjeev Kumar can not  produced any permission to paste this poster on the Garagre of HPPWD. The case is being investigated by SI Desh Raj Guleria I.O. PS Dhalli.
8. During the last 24 hours total 280 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 04 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challaned compounded = 148 and fine realized Rs 44,900/-
