- A Trespass case FIR No. 62/15 has been registered at PS West on 11.03.2015 U/S 451,504,506,427,323 IPC on the statement of Smt. Shakuntla Thakur w/o Sh. Kamal Singh Thakur R/o Shanti Bhawan tutikandi Shimla stated therein that when she and her husband was at home, her neighbour Aashutosh trespass in her premises and damage the bed of flowers. When her husband trying to stopped him, he beaten her husband and also threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Virochan Negi, I/O PS West.
- An Accident case FIR No. 03/15 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 11-03-2015 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Vinod Kumar s/o Sh Ganga Ram R/o Vill Gankhar PO Dharchandna, Tehsil Kupvi alleging therein that on 10-03-2015 he was travelling in Vehicle No HP-08A-0857 from Sainj Khad to Dharchandna alongwith Lokender, Satya Devi & Subhash all are residents of Dharchandna. At about 03-15 PM when they reached at Chyali Dhar, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of Santosh Kumar. All persons sustained injuries in the accident. The case is being investigated by ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kupvi.
- A Murder case FIR No. 13/15 has been registered at PS Chopal today i.e. 12.03.2015 U/S 302 IPC & 25-54-59 Arms Act on the statement of Sh. Daleep Mehta S/o Sh. Joban Dass Mehta R/o Village Tuhil, PO Chambi, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 11.03.2015 at about 02.45/03.00 PM, Narveer Thakur and Bharat Bhushan scuffle with each other. In between Narveer Thakur fired with gun on Bharat Bhushan and kill him. The case is being investigated by SI Gulam Akbar, SHO PS Chopal.
- A Rioting case FIR No. 14/15 has been registered at PS Chopal today i.e. 12.03.2015 U/S 147,148,149,323,354,436,506,452,364 IPC on the statement of Smt. Virendra Devi W/o Sh. Narveer Singh R/o Village Tuhil, PO Chambi, Tehsil Chopal, District Shimla stated therein that on 11.03.2015 at about 03-00 PM, she alongwith her husband Narveer Singh & children was at home. At the same time, Bantu, Daleep, Bhupender, Pappu, Kaku & Joban Dass, entered in her house and attacked on them with stone, darat & axe and tried to outrage her modesty. They have kidnapped her husband destroyed some portion of her house with fire and threatened her with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh, I/O PS Chopal.
- During the last 24 hours total 174 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 01 person challaned under Smoking Act & 02 challaned under Mining Act. Total Challaned compounded = 65 an fine realized Rs 18,700/-

- Accused Ashutosh Thakur S/O Late Sh. Hari Singh Thakur R/O Shiv Niwas Tutikandi Shimla-4 has been arrested in case FIR No. 62/15 Dated 11.03.2015 U/S 451,504,506,427,323 IPC at PS West, released on bail by the Trial Court.
- Accused Pradeep Kumar S/O Sh. Dharji Ram Chauhan R/o Village Jiskun, PO Jakha, Tehsil Dodra-Kawar, Distt. Shimla age 34 yrs. arrested in case FIR No. 15/15 Dt. 05.03.2015 U/S 376(2), 506 IPC & 4 POCSO Act at PS Rohru.
- Accused Kishan Burato Koky S/o Kali Bahadur C/O Sh. Dhan Parkash R/o Vill Gajandli Tehsil Rohru age 27 years arrest today in case FIR No. 11/15 Dt. 11.03.2015 U/S 457,380,511 IPC PS Chirgaon, is on police remand upto 14.03.2015
- Two accused namely Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Suraj Bhan R/O Madra P.O Sawala Tehsile & Distt Agra (UP) A/P Pratap Singh Shopkeeper Near Shiv Mandir Phagli Shimla and Gurnaik Singh S/O Sh. Jagarnath R/O Village Alipur, PO Rurki, PS Garshankar, Distt Hoshiyarpur, Punjab have been arrested in Case FIR No. 14/15 U/S 457,380 IPC at PS East, are further on police remand upto 16.03.2015
